Each time I've tried staying in a different place. This year was different and we found a campground nearby so it was much easier to get in. When we arrived the host was so nice and offered us drinks and was so accommodating to our needs! He even helped us get the hookups set up, pointed us in the right direction for where to go for food and snacks, and even told us the best way to get in to the track! The location is perfect! The price was fantastic! The host is super nice! The campground was clean! There was even an on site bathroom that was clean and even had shower that had actual hot water! I've been to COTA several times and this is THE RV spot to be! Needless to say this is the only place we will be camping at when we come back!

Check in was fast told you spot to park the bus was waiting right there for us. The driver helped us get our luggage on the bus. The day that we returned from our trip there was a long line waiting for the bus, which is a good sign for the company. The first bus got full, so we had to wait for the next bus maybe about 15 minutes. You give the driver your parking ticket and he takes right to your car he gets your luggage off the bus and he even put it in the car for us. The check out was just as easy. I will definitely use them again and tell my family and friends. Yes the best thing was seeing the longhorn cows in the pasture by the parking lot.

So, not thoroughly impressed with our first Austin rugby experience. We came with an ADA guest in a…read morescooter wheelchair. We purchased special ADA tickets. We get to our section and the wheelchair ramp is locked down and gated. There was zero staff to help and we missed the first 20 mins of the game trying to get to our seats. Then, there's the bathrooms. If you're a woman, you should know that the bathrooms are behind the side of a building that is super dark and sketchy. Very bad location to get to the bathrooms. Super creepy. Then, there's the Pepsi. And only Pepsi. Like it's Illinois and not Texas. Boo. Big thumbs down. I did get to pet armadillos prior to the game and that was wicked awesome. The actual game was good. But just a big boo to the stadium itself.

Everything was fine in the beginning, when we got home however my experience was pretty disrespectful and disappointing. Lee pulled up on an aviation bus 36, 25A748 and loaded it up 90% of the way. He welcomed 3 out of my 5 on the bus. Then proceeded to let 2 people from the end of the line jump ahead of us. Separating me from my family. Usually this wouldn't be an issue, but Lee insisted on leaving me behind with my 10 month old baby. Leaving me with no diaper bag, cell phone, pump, or luggage... it was all on the bus with him. I'm extremely unhappy with this experience, and don't think any mom should be left alone with one hand to fold up a stroller car seat, and base. There was absolutely no need for it. Before my husband got on the bus with my family, he asked Lee if there was enough room for us. Lee said yes, then separate us. I would have kept my essentials on me, if I knew I was going to be separated.

The attendant at the front will direct you to the parking aisle that you need to park at. Once you park, remember your parking stall number. The whole parking lot is huge and mostly covered. I was instructed on where to park and when I did, a large shuttle rode up into my lane and picked me up lol. I was expecting to walk my luggages to some shuttle stop, but this was awesome. They dropped us off at our airline stand and provided me with a card with my parking stall number so I'd remember where I parked when returning so DON'T lose it because you'll need to give it to the driver upon pick up. I returned from visiting my home in Hawaii on 07/27 and received the same exact services. Nothing, but a smooth process. Highly recommended especially for the price. It's a bit farther, but with shuttle services like this, save yourselves a little over $100 by parking here instead. They also have personnel riding around so I feel that my vehicle is safe and won't get broken into. Don't forget to tip your driver because they're fast When you retrieve your luggages upon returning, the shuttle stop is right outside the exit doors onto the street in the middle median. Just lookout for a huge yellow minibus with black dot designs that shows East instead of West. They have a Parking Spot West location as well so be sure to set the right address when traveling. West is closer to the airport and a bit more expensive.

In fairness to them, I got to the…read morepoint of making a reservation and decided not to proceed. $16.95 a day wasn't a bad rate, and had that been an all inclusive figure I probably would have moved forward with the reservation. What was totally unexpected was the additional taxes and fees. With my number of parking days, it would have cost me an additional $50-$60 in taxes and fees. Again, not the fault of The Parking Spot. I'm sure all of the parking vendors at Austin Airport have to contend with this. Being new to the Austin area, I thought this was pretty outrageous! It is far cheaper for me to leave my car at home and use Uber or Lyft.
