Used the parking spot east for a recent trip. Used the parking spot app to schedule a reservation for our trip. The app makes it easy to schedule a spot when traveling. Prices are reasonable. Even with a coupon code. The parking spot is easy to get to. Once checking in with the parking spot attendant, they will let you know what row to go and park. Once that information is provided, the parking attendant will notify the parking spot driver to come pick you up to take you to your flight carrier. When you return from your trip, it is easy to find the parking spot driver due to the buses they drive. Each bus has a west and east bus, based on where you parked. When you arrive to park your car, the parking spot driver will provide you a ticket on where you parked so that you can provide the driver when you return. Over all good experience. read more

I prepaid with the app, the attendant was super helpful in directing me where to go and using the app- and pickup/drop off was the best and easiest experience of my life. Came here for the first time. I arrived and parked my vehicle on 07/12 without issue. I pre-booked my parking reservation, received a QR code, and scanned myself into the lot. The attendant at the front will direct you to the parking aisle that you need to park at. Once you park, remember your parking stall number. The whole parking lot is huge and mostly covered. I was instructed on where to park and when I did, a large shuttle rode up into my lane and picked me up lol. I was expecting to walk my luggages to some shuttle stop, but this was awesome. They dropped us off at our airline stand and provided me with a card with my parking stall number so I'd remember where I parked when returning so DON'T lose it because you'll need to give it to the driver upon pick up. I returned from visiting my home in Hawaii on 07/27 and received the same exact services. Nothing, but a smooth process. Highly recommended especially for the price. It's a bit farther, but with shuttle services like this, save yourselves a little over $100 by parking here instead. They also have personnel riding around so I feel that my vehicle is safe and won't get broken into. Don't forget to tip your driver because they're fast When you retrieve your luggages upon returning, the shuttle stop is right outside the exit doors onto the street in the middle median. Just lookout for a huge yellow minibus with black dot designs that shows East instead of West. They have a Parking Spot West location as well so be sure to set the right address when traveling. West is closer to the airport and a bit more expensive. read more

This is our go to parking place when we go to the airport. The prices are usually reasonable and the shuttles come by relatively quickly to take you to and from the airport. They drop you off right at your car which is also nice. I've never had any issues here and getting in and out is a breeze. read more

From all accounts, the Parking Spot is a very good service. In fairness to them, I got to the point of making a reservation and decided not to proceed. $16.95 a day wasn't a bad rate, and had that been an all inclusive figure I probably would have moved forward with the reservation. What was totally unexpected was the additional taxes and fees. With my number of parking days, it would have cost me an additional $50-$60 in taxes and fees. Again, not the fault of The Parking Spot. I'm sure all of the parking vendors at Austin Airport have to contend with this. Being new to the Austin area, I thought this was pretty outrageous! I used to part here all the time. Busses used to run regularly and give good service. As a business traveler, my experience isn't a few times a year but several a month. This shuttle comes WAY less often than all the others including the parking spot West. I wait every single time - seems like they have only a couple running maybe? Most recent trip, I paid for premium parking so that I get dropped off first. The guy at the gate directed me to regular parking. When I told him I was premium, he told me that I probably thought that I paid for premium but didn't. When I showed him my receipt and confirmed I paid for premium, he told me it's all covered. I told him I'd wait for him to figure out how to get me what I paid for. My final complaint is the guys who try to grab bags out of my hands. I am more than happy to have someone help me with my bags if needed, but when im mid-step, grabbing things without asking is not cool. I've been a member since this place opened. I'm a VIP member for more than 80% of that time. Considering a new parking place if this doesn't improve. BUT if you're new to traveling, I would pick somewhere else. Park and Zoom seem to have the most shuttles. TPS West is better than East. read more

We have used the Parking Spot East many, many times in the past. This time our experience was very poor. Upon returning to Austin at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, 8/30/25, we waited 15-20 minutes for the shuttle. Upon checking out, we opted not to go through the self service lane but to use the lane with an attendant present. She was very snarly, reminding us that we should have scanned our QR code first before coming to her. She never thanked us for our business. She had a negative attitude. After using The Parking Spot for many years, we will now take our future business to Fast Park and Zoom. On the positive side, the driver on 8/27 at 3:30 a.m. could not have been nicer. read more

well let me start by saying they have a manager named Bob. He is the rudest man that I've ever known. since June 11 and today's June 16 I have been leaving messages four times a day. I've called every day and trying to speak with him. He will not talk to me at all. He avoids my calls. The employees have left several messages on for him to call me. I left my truck there for six days and when I drove it home, my my windshieldis all cracked. You can see clearly where something hit it twice on the windshield. I don't know if it was because they were cutting grass or off the highway I don't know, but all I know is I got it there. They also email specials that can save you 25% off future visits. I saved $33 this visit for a week's parking. The shuttles are quick. I've never had to wait more than 5 min to get picked up. Shuttle drivers have all been kind and will assist you with your luggage if you need it. Parking is covered and safe. If you book through the app you get a QR code you use to get in and out with. Be aware that if you make a reservation to take advantage of a special offer but your trip gets delayed for any reason, they will charge you the standard rate which can be up to x3 what your offer was. We got charge per reservation about $145 for 13 days but the trip was delayed do to business, so they charged an extra $198 for the extra 6 days plus taxes. read more

My husband and I have been using the parking spot east for years when we travel and fly out of ABIA. Our recent experience will be our last. Our departure was late afternoon, we waited over 15 minutes from the time we parked in our spot for a shuttle. Once the shuttle arrived, the driver was very rude and told the group of people who were waiting that she would only take two people because the bus was too full. Luckily my husband and I were the two people that she chose, but once we got on the bus, we noticed there were six empty seats and room for many suitcases on the luggage. The bus was not full and she left several other customers in the July Texas heat waiting for another shuttle. When we arrived home from our trip, we walked straight from baggage claim to a parking spot East shuttlebus and we were told again that the bus was full, and we would have to wait for the next one. My husband looked on the bus before it drove off, saw many empty seats, and room for luggage on the luggage rack. We waited over 25 minutes for the next shuttle in the July Texas afternoon heat. We saw three parking spot west buses, drive-by, and multiple shuttles for other parking services. When we were finally dropped off at our car and able to exit the parking lot, we saw four shuttle buses, idling and waiting in the parking lot instead of picking up passengers from the airport. One of the services the parking spot offers to customers is cold water bottles upon their exit from the parking lot, however, both exit lanes had empty refrigerators and no water bottles. This is not the service we have come to expect over the years, but it is not acceptable for the price we pay, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. there are too many other options for the same service at the same price to return after this terrible experience. read more

First, way farther than any of the other parking lots, second, I have never waiting more than a minute to get picked once I park. We have been waiting for a shuttle for over 40 minutes now. Meanwhile, 3 of the Parking Spot Shuttles have gone to the passenger drop-off, but none have come to the pick-up location. We used the app to notify them that we were here and got a reply saying a shuttle was on the way. We have called over 10 times, and it just rings and then hangs up. There have been at least 10 shuttles from other companies come by. read more

First of all, they are very far from the airport. We thought they would drop us to our terminal (Ours was south), BUT THEY DIDN'T. when we got onto the bus the driver asked me I told him the airline as well as the time of my flight he didn't tell me that he won't take us to the terminal and when we are getting down he told us we have to take one more bus that goes to the south terminal. When we asked him he just showed us the way to enquire from inside the east terminal, which took 5 minutes for us and the south terminal bus came after 25 min by the time we reached the gate was closed and we left with 1500$ LOSS. I dropped off my car without a crack in the windshield and picked it up with a two foot crack in the windshield. The Parking Spot does not take responsibility for damage occuring on their lot, and that is clearly printed on their parking pass, but I'm still very upset that $300 in damage happened to my car after paying $240 for a "safe" place to park. Paid for Premium parking, which is a premium and had to excessively wait for a driver. Called front desk while waiting and they informed me that they only had two drivers at that time. From a business perspective does TPS not manage their resources (drivers) based on reservations. How could you have not been aware of an influx of customers? Likely another example of greedy management not hiring sufficient drivers. Will give the benefit of the doubt this time, should this continue, there are options at this airport. read more

I've been a customer of Parking Spot since 2012 and have Gold Member status. It pains me to have to write this review but I've been left with no other choice. This review is NOT about the staff they have. The people that show up to work are amazing and so nice. This review is about this organization's current level of service. Tonight, I returned from vacation and flew into Austin airport. We waited for 45 minutes for a bus for the Parking Spot East lot. The vans that did show up, people were actually pushing and shoving to get on it. Turns out, there were only a couple of shuttles running. The shuttle I was finally able to get on, the driver let us know that she would be the only one working for the rest of the night. I had this same experience when I traveled in June. None of the other companies seemed to have this trouble. If you are looking for a shuttle I recommend Fast Park or Park and Zoom. They were coming at least every 5 minutes. I have ridden my last time with Parking Spot. I'm even leaving behind 5 free nights. I feel bad for their employees that do show up to work every day because they are extremely professional and nice. We recently used The Parking Spot East for 7 days. Very convenient, easy to use service to the airport. Coming back the other day, we were helped by Ms. Linda the shuttle driver.
