Made my reservations on website the price is very reasonable and it gives you the total cost. Very easy to find early in the morning. Check in was fast told you spot to park the bus was waiting right there for us. The driver helped us get our luggage on the bus. The day that we returned from our trip there was a long line waiting for the bus, which is a good sign for the company. The first bus got full, so we had to wait for the next bus maybe about 15 minutes. You give the driver your parking ticket and he takes right to your car he gets your luggage off the bus and he even put it in the car for us. The check out was just as easy. At the same time I've seen multiple shuttles from other companies coming and leaving, but not from Fastpark. Also, drivers stop at different places every time and it's difficult for people to form a line; as a result I've seen a family with two children missing two shuttles, because they couldn't run fast enough. read more

Traveling over the holidays and the usual garages by the ABIA terminal were blacked out for reservations so I had to look at other options. I had heard from a few people who had good experiences with FastPark & Relax and decided to try it out. I signed up online (they have a rewards program too) and booked a reservation for the dates I was traveling. When I drove to the airport and found the location, check in was easy, there was someone at the gate that told me what row to park in, and then a shuttle bus followed us to our spot so we could unload and get on our way easily. They also gave me a ticket with the row number and parking spot so I can remember where I parked. The staff we interacted with could not have been nicer, and it was a quick 3 minute ride to the airport where they dropped us off right at our airline gate. When we cane back, there's a spot outside of baggage claim to stand for off parking shuttles and we were greeted by a FP&R shuttle almost right away. Another really friendly driver that helped us with our luggage, we gave our driver the ticket to our row and spot, and then they dropped us off right in front of our vehicle when we got back to the parking area. I like that it's covered parking and it's a location that is staffed 24-7. Really seamless process from start to finish and it's a service I would absolutely use again. We have been FastPark members for close to 20 years, nearly since the location in Austin opened. The past six months have brought two negative experiences that will force us to find another parking option at AUS. Over the July 4th holiday, after a very late arrival, I began calling FastPark to let them know there was a long line of customers waiting to be picked up with no buses in the last 10 minutes. When the dispatcher finally did answer, they said they were "flustered." During that time, I watched multiple competitor shuttles comes and go while waiting curbside. More recently, I encountered very long lines for pick-up with too few buses running. The curbside waiting area is confusing, crowded, and no clear designation where the line starts/ends, etc. After these incidents and no improvement, it is clear the service has declined, they are not willing to improve and its time for us to making a change where we park. read more

I parked there from the morning of April 23 to the afternoon of April 27. When I collected my car, I noticed a large dent on the front passenger door. I was informed that they do not take responsibility for any damage to vehicles that are parked in their facility. What's the point for paying for a spot in a sheltered lot if the car is just as liable to be damaged there as on the street? Never returning to this parking lot again. Horrible experience during my last trip out of AUS. The gate attendant was unfriendly and wouldn't allow me to park in a handicapped space that was clearly available, without offering any reasonable explanation at first. I was told to move twice before finally being allowed to park. When I reached out to management afterward, I only received a generic "thank you for letting us know" response. As someone who parks there frequently, I expected a more considerate reply and better customer service. I've since shared my experience with my associates, and we'll be parking elsewhere from now on -- at a location that's more welcoming and values loyal customers. Welcome to Austin after being up for 24 hours traveling from Europe, we arrived back in Austin on 9/29/25. we had a quick pick up at the airport and delivered to our car which had been parked for over 20 days. I had a coupon for 3 free days which I presented at the kiosk. The bill was well over $200 and the person told me our bill less the coupon. as I was tired from being up 24 hours, I asked the lady to repeat what she had said. her response was "I told you once" and returned my cc. I am only reviewing this business as a place to see longhorn cattle while in the Austin area. I didn't park my car or use any of business's services. My friends and I wanted to capture some photos of the famous Texas Longhorns. The University of Texas, located in Austin has the animal even as it's school mascot. This airport parking location has a herd of longhorns in a field across from it. The field is right in the same cul-de-sac the FastPark entrance. Definitely an easy place to get to see longhorns if that is your goal. I know got some great photos of them. read more

Don't let the "secure" entrance and barbed wire fencing fool you. FaskPark is not secure and neither are your vehicles. You won't be "Relaxing" at the FastPark and Relax upon your return. Multiple cars were vandalized including mine. When I talked to the manager (Adam Higley), I was told it wasn't FastPark's problem and I was on my own. This apparently is a common enough occurrence that it made the news(google it). I wish I would have known before. BTW FastPark, don't DM me unless you intend on paying for the damage. I chose FastPark because it was one of several airport parking services recommended on Reddit, and it had the lowest prices (in my case, $30 for a 30-hour stay). I was pleasantly surprised and impressed! To enter, you scan the QR code on your reservation email. Importantly, though, there was a friendly human employee nearby ready to help you. You're then directed to a particular row (in my case, I). Recent entrants in front of and behind you are also directed to the same row, so basically you all end up parking in the order that you arrived. Several shuttles are already waiting in that row to pick you up, so the wait for a shuttle was negligible. The shuttle driver asks for your row and space number, writes it on a little card, and gives the card to you. When I returned, I just missed a shuttle, but the next one was along in 5 minutes. The driver collects all the little cards, then drives the most efficient route to drop everyone off right at his, her, or their car. When you exit, you scan your QR code again. I was charged exactly the $30 that I had been quoted online. Again, there was an employee at the exit booth ready to help you, although there were also several unstaffed exits. Overall, MUCH more efficient than any airport parking I have ever used. No hiking with luggage to or from a common pickup area! I'll definitely use FastPark again. read more

This was my first time using a service like this in Austin, in attempt to save some money since I live far from the airport. The online process was easy and the cost they estimated online was spot on ($47 for 3 days). As soon as I arrived the shuttle was there, both going to and from the airport. No lines or waiting. When I arrived back to the lot, my car was unharmed. The drivers were very friendly and accommodating. I probably saved $30 bucks choosing this option over typical rideshare. Not bad. I have read the response of the manager for my review of his business. First, he states he has video of his lot for your car's protection. That maybe true for some areas, but not all areas. I was told they had no video cameras in the parking lot where they directed me to park. Second, I was told they knew the night that multiple cars were broken into and where the criminals cut the fence to enter the parking area. Would sure have appreciated the manager to care enough to safe guard my truck from the elements until I returned. I consider that negligent in the care of my property. I thought I was paying extra for a private parking company to better care for my truck. Guess I was wrong. read more

This is the first time I parked here--normally I park at a competitor but the prices were cheaper here this particular weekend. It's very close to the airport, and also easy to access from the highway. I booked online ahead of time and upon arrival, scanned the QR code and the staff member told me which row to park in. However, there wasn't a single empty parking spot in that row so I had to drive all the way down and then loop around to the next row. I was worried the bus wouldn't pick me up from this other row since they didn't know anyone had parked in that row, so once I parked I cut across to the original row to pick up the bus. The driver was efficient and friendly, helping me with my bag and noting which parking spot I was in. When I returned to Austin, I hopped on the shuttle that was already waiting at Arrivals, and drove back to the lot where the driver dropped each of us off directly to our cars. The shuttle did not feel air conditioned (2:30pm in July), but luckily it was a short drive! read more

I normally use the ABIA Economy Parking Lot, but since it was closed for more than a year due to COVID, I ended up using Fast Park and Relax a couple of times over the past several months. I created a frequent user account just in case I'm able to accumulate free days. Booking a spot online is easy and fast. When I traveled in May & June 2021, they had a special for $6.95/day - which is cheap compared to normal prices. I do like that every spot here has covered parking. When you book your reservation, all you have to do is drive up and scan your QR code and the agent tells you which lane to park in. Once parked, it never took more than a couple of minutes to get picked up by a shuttle. When we came home, it only took about 5 minutes to grab the next shuttle back to the lot. Now that the ABIA economy lot is back open, I don't know if I'll use this place that often (normal pricing is higher than city lot), but it's definitely a good option! read more

I've been parking at FastPark for years. It's always provided an easy, cost-effective, and safe place for my car when I fly out of town with friendly and helpful shuttle drivers. However, I must commend them for their incredible customer service during my last visit earlier this month. I had an incident shortly before arrival and informed the person at the gate (sorry, I didn't get her name, but she was great), asking for a parking spot close to the front. She easily accommodated my request. Then when I had someone come to pick up my car in my absence, Adam the manager of the facility, was understanding, helpful, and oversaw the process. I've been parking at FastPark for years and I've always appreciated their service, low costs, and safe place to park my car. I've never felt the need to write a review until tonight, when Alfred (Assistant Mgr) came to my rescue. My Tesla ran out of juice while parked in the lot and I needed to have it towed to my home while I was still traveling. Alfred did everything he could remotely (personally texting me, keying in my credit card details over the phone while using a dolly to make the sensor recognize him *as a car*, letting me know when the tow truck arrived, etc) to make this not only possible, but easy. I have been a customer of Fast Park since they opened and up until now, have always thought they were an example of a true Austin company that cared. And some of the employees do! Especially Ranelle. But not so the manager, Adam. I drive a Tesla and always park in the EV row so that my car will be fully charged when I return. That didn't work out on this 8 day trip. Although there was a placard on my windshield that claimed the car was charged, it had the almost the same charge as when I left it. I reported this to Adam, the manager, and he basically said that I was lying. Now why would I make that up? It was probably an oversight on one of the staff and all Adam had to do is say he was sorry. Maybe throw in a bottle of water or a few frequent points points on my account. But there is no excuse to say I was making it all up! Now I have to find a supercharger for my Tesla so I can make it home (i live 50 miles outside of Austin) Adam sure left a bad impression on me and didn't give a dang. Sad how much Austin is changing. read more
