I used the on-line booking form for Newton Taxi Company, but didn't follow-up with a phone call. I should have done this, particularly since there was no automatic text/email confirmation. By 7 AM (for a 6:30 AM pickup), no one had arrived, and I called the main number, with no answer. I left a message, with my phone number, asking about the driver, but had no response. I ended up driving myself to the airport. Surprisingly, I never received a phone call over the subsequent days to follow-up on the missed booking. If you want to take a chance with this service, be sure to call for making/confirming your booking - do NOT trust the on-line booking form. The actual drivers may be good (I never met one), but the customer service is absent.

They're always on time, their cars are clean and comfortable, and they've always been on time if not early. All of the drivers have been very nice. They've always gotten me to my destination in time and in comfort. If I am lucky enough to find a driver on my own, they are kind of rude and what should be a quick ride ends up being a somewhat expensive.
