I used the on-line booking form for Newton Taxi Company, but didn't follow-up with a phone call. I should have done this, particularly since there was no automatic text/email confirmation. By 7 AM (for a 6:30 AM pickup), no one had arrived, and I called the main number, with no answer. I left a message, with my phone number, asking about the driver, but had no response. I ended up driving myself to the airport. Surprisingly, I never received a phone call over the subsequent days to follow-up on the missed booking. If you want to take a chance with this service, be sure to call for making/confirming your booking - do NOT trust the on-line booking form. The actual drivers may be good (I never met one), but the customer service is absent.

I've been using Wellesley Airport Cab every time I go to the train station or airport for over a…read moreyear now. They're always on time, their cars are clean and comfortable, and they've always been on time if not early. All of the drivers have been very nice. They've always gotten me to my destination in time and in comfort. I'm not a fan of cabs usually because I don't like fearing for my life when I'm just trying to get to the airport...but all of their drivers have been excellent.
