I spoke with Richard Capp, he was extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. He transferred our existing homeowners insurance to the new lender in time for us to keep our deadline, and despite knowing he would not be able to provide us the flood insurance because we did not have certain required documentation, gave me a ton of information to help guide us through the process.
