I had my car damaged recently so I took it to two places for appraisal. Gibson's and Joe Hudson's. The quotes were $300 different with Joe Hudson's the lower of the two. Gibson's had a lead time of 6 weeks. Joe Hudson a few days. Both places had friendly staff and were quick to get my quotes. I chose Joe Hudson's. They were very friendly and accommodating when I took my car in for repair. They were quick to get it done. The price was slightly higher than they quoted due to unforeseen damage. I had an accident earlier this year with the icy road conditions. My insurance company recommended joe Hudson's for the repairs. After about two months or more I finally received my truck back. I only had it back about a week and kept hearing noises out of the front end, this was where the damage was to my truck. I took it back and they called me back and said they had missed some things... oil pan was crushed and 4wd actuator on front axle was broke off and spilling diff fluid everywhere! Yet they charged insurance for having it on the frame lift but did not notice these things? They also charged for an alignment but it was still pulling to one side and when I questioned them they made excuses and said those charges weren't for that alignment. So they charged my insurance another 5k to fix the things they missed?? Then I got it back a week later and the a/c wouldn't work. Took it back and they found a pinhole in one of the a/c lines even though they charged insurance for pulling vacuum and recharging a/c? They didn't want to fix it and said it could've been something that was prior to them even though they should've caught that when servicing the a/c because they had to replace some things on a/c. Fast forward to now I've had truck back a couple months and just this past weekend I was driving and smelled coolant and pulled over and found that the fan shroud rubber was wrapped up in the fan and had slapped holes in the radiator (these items were all replaced by them with a lifetime warranty) yet again I take them pics of what happened and they refuse to fix it even though they cover the repair with a lifetime warranty? They told me I would have to take to dealership and have them diagnose why it did that and have dealership email them over proof it was something that had failed in their repairs!! Not a good way to cover lifetime warranty on all repairs!! Do yourself a favor and skip the headache of this place!! Horrible service and don't stand behind their shoddy work! read more

Travelers had sent over documentation for an appraisal and measurements. DON was put in charge of this and treated me very rudely when I came back a few days later asking for the documentation because travelers still had not received the documents. He was very rude about giving me my documents; then the manager came and gave it to me immediately. Took it home; realized DON NEVER DID THE MEASUREMENTS. I was hit by a drunk driver with my 4 year old in the car. All I wanted was my Measurements so I can get my car repaired. Travelers spent 35 minutes on the phone waiting for DON but was not able to reach him. I walked in the office 10 minutes after my Travelers Claim Handler was waiting for DON to answer and he walked right past me. Asked him why I was treated like this and his response was "I don't have to answer to you." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH DON. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL read more

We have been customers for years, Joe Hudson is just hands down the best when it comes to fixing cars. However, the lady at the front desk has gotten a little too comfortable with how she talks to customers. She's been nothing but rude and she's so concerned with when we pick up our rental. First, we planned a trip to go out of town, with my husbands work schedule we weren't able to drop his vehicle off to start repairs immediately after the incident happened, so we planned a day when we could. That happened to be the Friday before we left for vacation. We took the truck in, was never told an estimated timeline of when it would be completed (absolutely not upset about that because again, we fully trust the collision center with our vehicles) and went on our way to vacation. Repairs started Monday. No big deal. So today (Wednesday) it's finished and we are on vacation, Brenn (I think that was her name) calls and leaves a detailed voicemail stating the truck was finished, but would be kept behind the gates as she knew we were on vacation and unable to pick up today... Before I even got that voicemail, I called and Kimmy answered. She let me know it was ready, I told her we could not pick up today but would be tomorrow or Friday before we could come get it. This is where she got snooty. She said well you're in a rental right? Uh yes we are, that rental that MY insurance covers me on, I pay them a pretty penny monthly and I am covered up to $1200. She then said well just to let you know, they likely won't cover the days because your truck is ready, and I'm going to go ahead put it down as it's ready today. GREAT. So do that. My insurance and I have already talked, they already know what we were doing and they're fully willing to extend the date on the rental up to Friday. It is none of her concern what we do with the rental, ZERO. Mind you this isn't the first time she's tried to get shitty about the rental. I pay for your services and if it's not your business, keep it to yourself. read more

I had an accident - my insurance recommended Joe Hudson's to do the repairs. They were AWESOME - fast, courteous. They are a busy place and handled everything for me like I was their only customer! I received updates every step of the way, and the car was ready AHEAD of the scheduled date. A week after picking car up had an issue with my auto-start, took it back to be looked at by their request - they ran diagnostic on it and found my battery (which was not in the affected area of the accident) was old and running low. I purchased a new battery at the auto parts store and they even put it on for me the next day! They repaired my hatchback on my 2018 Jaguar FPace. It took three days and exceeded my expectations. They also buffed a scratch out on one of my doors at no additional charge. My car looks like new. The text updates let you know where your car is in the process. Highly recommend this facility! Mike and Kim were so helpful and made a stupid mistake on my part (closed the garage door on my NEW Jaguar) much less painful! We are very appreciative for the service at Joe Hudson's Collision Center. The skid plate on our car began dragging halfway through our 12 hour road trip. By the time the tow company reached us, almost every auto repair shop within 50 miles was closing and would be closed all weekend. We had no idea what we were going to do until we found this place. Not only were they able to remove our skid plate within 10 minutes of us arriving, but they did not charge us anything. We were able to get back on the road and make the family wedding after all.
