Best automotive repair experience I have had. Christmas Eve, I called more than 15 shops. Finally this one answered with knowledgeable assistance and personable demeanor. I had to be towed an hour to get there. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts brought even quicker and I was out there door with peace of mind for my holiday travels. They advised future issues that might come up, honored their parts and service with a warranty and have a very nice waiting room where I could work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I do not trust them to check the air in my tires; it was that bad!!! Mitch did a great job with my transmission, that was the only positive. However, the other guys did not install my manual shifter correctly after 2 attempts & having my car for over 1.5 months. The shifter when installed correctly, is supposed to prevent anyone from going to into reverse instead of 1st gear. I was told to drive it a bit & bring it back, that happened twice. The problem was never fixed. You would think they would work on it right away since they had already received my payment but my car was thrown to the back of the line. After literally being bribed by one of the service managers, which I provided proof to the manager, the shifter installed incorrectly & being without my car for a long time due to all of the errors, I regret the day I let them work on my car. read more

I am here writing another review for this company because they removed my review from their Google search where you can add a review. They had my truck for 5 days and I always had to call to get an update,I went up there on Friday and Jonnie was giving me a look while talking under her breath to Bailey and said they decided to not service my vehicle due to the previous business relationship in where they messed me over by leaving my oil cap off and I drove around for days while it begin to exhibit problems. The very first time I had my truck serviced by them it begin to lose pressure due to a faulty part being placed on the vehicle. That's when the problem I spoke about earlier happened even after apologizing for the faulty part I had that issue with the oil cap not being placed nor was anti freeze placed in my vehicle and Bonnie said it was normal to be empty. After three days?? Unbelievable.I was also charged for a light bulb almost 40 not including the 80 dollar labor to put in one bulb. I'm a mother on a budget and was only looking for car repairs but I didn't make too much of a fuss about it. But my last straw is when they screwed me over and didn't put the ignition back the way it was when they towed it in on Monday of last week. I am beyond devastated by what they have done to me three times. I see raving reviews on their site from the opposite race and this makes me believe that my race played a huge part in how they screwed me over after I trusted them to do the right thing. I won't stop until I receive justice for what was done to me leaving me to have to pay more for my ignition being put back in place due to the damage that was caused from them pulling it out. read more

Didn't really get a chance to deal with them. Transmission repair they quoted was $1,000-$2,000 higher than several other places. Repair, not replace with a remanned tranny, for that much? YIKES!!! They advertise shuttle service but when I asked about it, she, Bonnie, said, "Well, it's usually a 10 mile radius and where you live would be pushing it." REALLY? You want me to spend $$3,500 - $4,500 for a REPAIR, with only a 1 yr warranty and you can't be bothered to give me a ride home? I almost just hung up on her. I called around, other shops laughed at their prices and found a completely remanufactured trans for $3,500 including install labor and a 3 yr warranty. Thanks but no thanks. There are plenty of other choices out there. Don't get scammed by cut throats! Good luck good people. read more

Don't make the mistake of wasting your time or money here. I got a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup after nearly 2 weeks (ive accounted for days lost during ice storm) .I brought the truck in with a p0740 code. They charged me a diagnostic fee which I assumed would be for diagnosing the issue. Then they decided to change out a part in the transmission and charge me 890$ . They called and told me the truck was ready but.. the check engine light was still on for the same code. They said they were done and it was a computer problem. I would assume that's what the 100$ diagnostic fee was for . They said we'll you didn't want us to do the 2hr diagnostic on it . That would have solved it?? Then was told they did 5hrs diagnostic for free . I asked was that before or after you opened the trans and changed the part and charged me 890$ . No we did the 5hr diagnostic after we changed said part.anyways I'm not one to complain but I feel like when you say your done and the vehicle is ready for pick up that the problem is resolved.id suggest to the owner or whoever is in charge over there that if the job is over your head tell the customer and don't take the job. Ignore this reveiw at your own risk ,dont say I didn't warn you. Maybe good for oil changes and shaking out your floor mats but I'd never recommend this shop to anyone. SAME CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON ISSUE NOT RESOLVED WALLET $800 LIGHTER. WASTE OF TIME.ive attached a photo where they say the truck is ready and send me a 890$ invoice and that the check engine light is still on... Update they said they would make it right but haven't heard anything back .a UPDATE ROUND 2 . heath the owner contacted me to "make it right" when they were unable to fix my truck the 1st time. Huge mistake to let them try again. After a couple of weeks that my truck was there they figured out somehow that it was my ecm that was the cause.Heath says he will send it to a place to have it repaired. After no word fir a week I ask what company he sent it to. The company is called "module experts " look it up . It has 222 complaints with the BBB and 190 1 star reveiws.. its essentially a scam place where they swap your ecm and charge you for a new one some outrageous amount. Which of course is what they did to me. I declined and wanted my ecm back. A week goes by and heath decides he will buy a junkyard ecm and have some guy program it. Well his "guy" only deleted the VATS so when installed in my truck it would throw a bunch of emissions codes. This is when heath informs me that he cannot diagnose the problems because of the misfires....What the hell suddenly now my truck has misfires . It never had before.he then states he will no longer work on my truck. So now I have misfires in cyl7 &2 also a p0740,and p0507 code. The truck idles so high its nearly un drive able. When I picked it up I made it a mile before I had to pull over . Come to find unhooked plug wires ,coil packs unbolted and flopping random bolts sitting on my battery, a transmission leak that's new. And God knows what else . So they refund me the original money and I'm left with a truck I can't drive and who knows what they did to it. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT GO HERE. They pretend to act professionally but when it comes down to it they are rude and trashy and do awful work. I'd love to support a small shop , but there's no place for garbage work in this area. Took my car in for leaking oil,misfire,and suspension issues after they gave me a quote I went with the work they replaced my valve cover gasket and put all new suspension in the front off my car and did a alignment. I had to send my car back because my alignment was way off. My car was missing my oil dipstick, and for some reason they took off my windshield wipers and put them back on wrong so they kept colliding when I would use them so it ended up scratching my windshield. I had sensors on my car that were broke or glued together, but they said they did not do it and my alignment is still off. I had to take it to a different place to get it done correctly and I'm not sure why they even touched My windshield wipers because it has nothing to do with the job they did. read more
