He came out, took pictures of my vehicle, then started saying that they can start stripping my car down to do work and if any frame is bent, that they will bend it back to fit the new panel they'd put on. But if any is bent, I dont want it bent back, because once metal is bent it is never the same. I told the man this and that I am a blacksmith, and he said that I was correct, but he has worked on cars for 30-40+ years. I stayed respectful, but decided to pull my car out of their lot. All they want is my money, not my safety. Terrible service, find a different mechanic, all they care for is money.

I…read moredropped the car off on 06/27/2024 and the repair was finally finished on 07/15/2024 so it took 19 days to get the bumper repaired. Additionally right after the collision the driver side window stopped working and was stuck in the open position. When I dropped the car off I told them to also repair the window because it had to get fixed regardless whether if the insurance covered it or not. I was going to pay for the window repair separately myself. Over the course of the 19 days I reminded them twice more about the window, and about fixing it. They ended up never fixing the window. So I had to take my car to a different shop after the body work was done. The repair work on the bumper was done very well. But unfortunately it took a long time to finally get my car back.
