A quote for inner/outer tie rod & bushings. Left and right ball joints and alignment. $3436 ... Huh?? So just the tie rod & bushings... $1300. No way. Picked up my car and charged. $70 just for looking at it. Go elsewhere. read more

Took our car in because the windshield washer wasn't working. They said they had to replace the motor and maybe the nozzles. They quoted almost $800.00. We went and picked it up, did not have them do the work. I looked up the parts, real Ford parts, they were charging 240 percent above what Ford charges. We then took it to the Ford dealership. The screen was just clogged, they cleaned it and we were good to go. Ford charged 187 to do the diagnostic, and about 50 bucks to fix it. read more

I stopped there with a frozen caliper. They were certain U needed calipers, rotors and brake pads all the way around. i had them do the front and took it another shop to have the back checked and was told everything was good. Within 6 months I needed new brake pads! Now 1 year later it needs everything he did redone. The mechanic said that no way are parts only a year old. Used parts? Or just cheap junk? And im paying litterly half of what he charged. The back end he gave me such a dire warning about is still fine. I'd give him less than zero if I could! I took my old parts home to my mechanic who saved them for someone who couldn't afford new because there was nothing wrong with them! read more

I was giving a quote to fix my thermostat on my 2004 Toyota sienna, the quote was for $518. So I called around and I found a much better quote from Auto analyst on Homosassa trail for $158. They had already done an oil change for me, and with an Audi you need to be particular with the specific oil used. They took the VIN and looked it up. But then I went to the Audi dealer for a recall issue, and they tried to tell me my brake fluid and coolant were "dirty" and needed to get changed - for ONLY $550. I called Justin Case and not only did they say that it would only cost $250 there, but they looked at CarFax and saw that it wasn't necessary because they'd both been done just 11,000 miles ago. I don't usually do reviews, especially negative ones...but, went to Justin Case for simple maintenance on my car. Something that should have cost maybe $400 they charged me more than double. They put it into the cost of the parts. I did research and I could have purchased the OEM parts for less than $100 x 2, they charged me $250 x 2. With their probable discount, that is quite a markup. More like highway robbery. And to top it all off, the credit card I used had over $700 of fraudulent charges just two days after using it there And nowhere else. I had an issue with my ignition lock cylinder and it had to be replaced. Getting the part took awhile, but once they had the part, they were very quick about getting my car back in running order. The rumor that they do not work on German cars is false. They just do not work on diesel engines. Another nice service is that when you drop your car off, they will give you a ride home and then they will pick you up when you car is ready. Even if Justin Case is a small town business, it is an excellent choice for car repair. I highly recommend this business! read more

Refused to help with a simple request. I asked them to check and see if my VW Bug battery was connected properly. They refused on the grounds that the car was a diesel. A battery connection is a battery connection no matter what kind of car it is. It would have been kind & simple to pop the hood; look at the connection with an experienced eye and either fix it or say it was OK. ALL that they said, again and again was "we don't work on diesels". This had nothing to do with the diesel engine...glow plugs etc. Probably ok service for ordinary repairs. But certainly NOT a helpful group of people. read more

I called this morning to ask for the price of a synthetic blend oil change in my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid to be told that they don't work on Hybrids. The 4 cylinder gas engine is no different from any other 4 cylinder car engine. A few years ago I pulled in to get a tire changed on a VW Jetta and was told that they don't work on VWs. I guess I'll just have to stop trying to do business with them. read more
