Within 90 minutes, the customer service representative, April, called to inform us that the engine was dead. She also mentioned that the manufacturer had recently added an extended warranty for engine failures. Unknown to us, our engine was still covered under this warranty, and the manufacturer would replace it at no cost. We appreciate the thorough and complimentary service provided by Swander's and April. It's refreshing to find such outstanding service and goodwill in the automotive maintenance industry. We will definitely return to Swander's in the future.

For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable if you have to wait while they work on your car. I can't say enough good things about this small, family business except to say they've been in business for over thirty years. Their treatment of me is the reason why. I highly recommend these folks. They are good, honest people!
