I do not recommend this business. What a racketeering business they have going on. They definitely take advantage of non locals. And don't give you the full estimate until after they have fixed your vehicle. I went in for a a noise that still isn't fixed and came out with $3000 dollars worth of work they say needs to be done. Stephanie is "thee best"! Well, actually this business is the best and everyone that works there is the best. And I mean that. I have continuously used Maintenance & More automotive for about 4 years now and my latest situation is right up there with all the rest. I have a 2012 Honda Ridgeline and I was hearing sounds that I could not identify and connect to a problem. Of course I'm not a mechanic that's why I have Maintenance & More on my speed dial. I recorded the sound on my cell phone and took it in and played it for Stephanie. She identified the problem just like that! Bought a Jasper transmission that these guys installed in my 2017 Tahoe in July 2023, and a year and a half later it failed because it's very low on transmission fluid and it's showing no signs of leaks, which means they didn't properly fill it when they installed it. But they won't take any responsibility and blame it on the manufacturer and say "we never have issues with these Jasper transmissions". My experience with these guys has been spotty at best, nice people but I won't be getting my car serviced here again. read more

Ok these guys are lifesavers I been through a lot of repair shops and never happy with the work or the people that was doing it. A friend of mine said try these guys and Archie is the owner and John is the manager. These guys really do good work and let you know how much its going to be and how long it will take to fix it, and one of the best things is they will let you know if the see something that needs to be fixed and shows you and gives you time to let them know if you want it done now or they will keep it in there computer so when you want it done they have a record. Drove by and saw a sign offering a very reasonably priced oil change. We called later that day and made an appointment for the next day. Arrived a few minutes early. They had our car in at the appointed time. We went in and sat down. A few moments later we were told they had to order up a oil filter, they had run out of them. That arrived within ten minutes and the continued on with the oil change. In and out in about 30 minutes. Total cost under $20. Marty, turns out he's the owner, was very courteous and professional. Nice people, but basically incompetent. They are just taking guesses and replacing parts at your expense. One time after waiting a week for some electrical parts and being charged over $650, the problem still existed. Another shop replaced a cable and charged $20 to take care of the problem. Archie claims to be an expert on Transmissions, but after his rebuild, it had to be brought back 3 times is less than 3000 miles as it broke again and again. He blamed driving and each time took over 4 weeks till vehicle was returned. Turns out that the rebuilt transmissions by Maintenance and More were missing 2 interlocking pins as well as some parts that should have been replaced with a rebuild. After the first time it broke I was having it towed there due to warranty. Tow truck driver said "nice people, but they don't know what they are doing." I should have listened to him. read more

We were having problems with the clutch in our Sidekick and took it in to several auto repair shops to find out what was wrong. They all said we needed a clutch. One shop had it for several days to check it out. Received several estimates. Then we checked for the best rated auto repair shop closer to home. We chose Maintenance and More after we read the reviews. They gave us an estimate for the clutch. We towed it in at 8 a.m. and had a call right after they diagnosed it and it wasn't the clutch. It needed a broken part welded. They repaired it for less than half the estimate. We also had a check engine light for an emissions leak. Tech called and suggested that we replace the gas cap first since it had a small crack and then go more in-depth. We picked up the car and the clutch works better than ever. This auto shop kept in touch with us every step and explained everything prior to doing any work. Will we return to Maintenance and More for any repairs we need? Yes! I took my truck in with transmission problems. I was told after the computer scan I would need a complete rebuild of my transmission of $1.800. I got some second opinions and took my truck into CJ's transmission in Dunnellon. My truck is fixed and running perfect !!!! $204.00 for a soleniod. Never again will I bring my truck to Maintenance and More. I own my own business as does my husband, neither of us would EVER try and rip off our customers as tried to do !
