I have taken my car to FTC Garage for many things and they have never disappointed me. I initially wanted a shop that could do my monthly maintenance for me. They were quick to get me in and they walked my car with me double checking everything I had my concerns about. I then decided to use the FTC team to have my car ceramic coated. They were very understanding of all of my concerns regarding longevity. My car's paint is older than most. They were VERY informative when it came to my questions. Oh my gosh...took my car here not sure exactly what was going on. I was told by another shop I needed a whole bunch of pretty expensive repairs. Brought it in and while I spoke with another associate Chris fixed it NO CHARGE! Apparently it was something super simple. He did notice I needed my time rods and something else replaced. I brought it back once the parts came in and not only did those get replaced but he had cleaned and buffed my car! SERIOUSLY they went overly above and beyond! I noticed there were two rusted spot on the vehicle (one on the driver's door panel, one above the trunk door), I wanted to make sure that won't be a problem for a vinyl wrap so I took my vehicle to the shop in March right before the pandemic. I was told its going to be fine, just need a little touch up, it will be a $4800 job and takes about 2 weeks. Later in May, I agreed, put $2400 down as deposit. Got it scheduled on early June 2020. First time I dropped off the vehicle and the car been sitting there for 2 weeks I been texting Kinsey but never got responded. the last day before I supposed pick up the car, I got the phone call from Chris. He asked me if I can go the shop that day (it was a sunday). I said yes coz I thought they completed early. But they have done nothing on the vehicle. I was asking why she won't text me back and give me update Chris told me she wasn't good at it so Chris gave his number so I can contact him. Also he told me story about 3M material being an issue so they have to redo some vehicles they wrap in March, that's why they were behind. I understand it. At that point I am little disappointed, if they fall out from their schedule they should've let me know early instead of wasting my time. Second time I dropped off the vehicle it was June 23rd. One week update from Chris was "its going well", two weeks update A DAY right before pick up is "we are behind on getting work completed, we have started the work on yours but it will not be done by tomorrow". I am still being patient and since it's pandemic I felt like everybody might having some hard time. I said "thanks for letting me know. when do you think its going to be done?" He asked me to ask kinsey, two days later he told me he is no longer part of business. So they transfer to me another guy which i don't remember his name. 3 weeks from I dropped off this guy told me "they were getting after it, took longer than expected to disassemble." A week later, two days prior to the pick up day, the guy told me "we run into more issues with the car there is ton of rust on the car". Another week later, "we ran out of material"... In mid August I finally picked up my vehicle which is been 2 months since I scheduled... it looked fine. But missed few parts. 1. I wanted to switch the back badges and it was not done correctly. 2. Side mirror wasn't gloss black so they have to redo it. They try to convince me keep it and asked me why I want it gloss black and switch the badges... I said no because at that point I really lost all my patient. 3. when i drove home i noticed the badges on the side were all aligned horribly... like elementary school painting so I really lost my temper and I text this needs to be redone then I was told "we were going to do it at 2 weeks check up". I don't know what kind of business mindset was that, and i don't know if i didn't bring it if they will still get it right. I been waiting for something could've done in 1 week in a more professional shop but instead wait for almost 2 months and still don't get it right. if you can't do it right just don't do it. After they redone the mirrors I noticed some of the trims are poping out from the door panels so I asked why, and i need get that fixed. I was told the silicon glue from the car was not good anymore so that's why those are popping out. Till these days I still don't know why you paying 5k for a service they going to reuse $20 silicone glue. And you can tell from the pictures, the body panel is flat, no curves, so does the trim, why they popping out from the body? the only reason of my assumption is it was done not properly causing trim deformed and it don't comeback.. Once I hop on the vehicle, side mirror is not connected, so I have to wait in the shop another 45 minutes to get it fixed. When the rest $2400 came out, i paid then i realized on the side note it says Body repair Non OEM paint present. Many damages including rust -$3400 Fender light installation $170 Tail light installation $170 Discount $4040 (compensation for the delay) None of these information were disclosed till i made the payment. i didn't know what they done to my car and what bodyshop they brought to. if i knew it's going to like this i will take my car to other places get the paint the rust issue taking care of professionally before anything. i also was told they have to remove the lights anyway so just give the part they need they will taking care of them. i have no idea they gonna charge for that. i have no idea about the discount and just make me feel even more mad they put on the bill. they tried to convince me the vehicle had damage at the front and also seems like a flooded vehicle. i have took my car to good friend of mine who runs a mercedes shop in the city and he had his mechanics look out for me, nothing seems off for them. at the end of the day i don't care what kinda vehicle it is, they way they conduct business is a mess. read more

Customer service is great, quality of work is outstanding, and always go out of the way to help the customer if there are any issues and will make it right! I want to start off by saying I have debated leaving a review. "If you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all". On the other hand, I feel like my review can help someone not make the same mistake that I did. This past March, we took our car into FTC for a color change wrap. It was a $5,000 job, that Kinsey said would require three weeks to complete. Kinsey also promised to provide progress photos and FaceTime chats and she stated that she was an "over-communicator". This was exactly what we had hoped for. Through the process, getting ahold of Kinsey for updates was difficult to say the least. She said she needed more time and due to extenuating circumstances, we were willing to give her the extra time that she requested. Eight weeks later, we picked up the car. It looked great. However, within the first few days the ceramic coat started failing. Kinsey was willing to figure out why and agreed to fix the problem. At our two week check-up, the wrap had discoloration in several areas and was peeling/bubbling in the corners and tight crevices. Kinsey got on the phone with 3M and she said that 3M was going to issue a refund for the cost of wrap material, due to it being "defective". We were told at this time that another satin wrapped car they had worked on was also having the same issue. She called me and said she wanted to "make it right" and rewrap the car. Month after month, I'd call her shop to get on the schedule and they'd delay it. Eventually they stopped answering calls, texts, and have now blocked my number on the work phone, as well as her personal phone. This whole situation has been very upsetting. Even though, they have good ratings, I strongly suggest you research FTC/SharpWraps before taking your car to them. There seems to be a handful of experiences just like mine. read more
