Let's start with the good. The dent repairs (2 vehicles) look good, though one job isn't finished…read more(backordered parts). They did manage to put a rush on one vehicle and got it back to us mostly done in a week. There ends the good. Connor and Jacob are terrible communicators and struggle with the most basic of administration, including taking payment for their services. They argue amongst themselves and play the blame game to the client. Each of the two has declared himself the boss at various points in the process. They consistently over promise and underdeliver. They wanted us to sign off on bodywork when returning an unwashed vehicle to us in the dark when we couldn't inspect it. The windshield replacement was handled sloppily, the trim looks poor and they didn't reconnect things properly after the installation. Who knows when we'll finally be done with them for good?!? We're still waiting on back ordered parts and have zero faith that the delay is not being exacerbated by Debt Rebel's total inability to handle administration. They never cashed a check mailed direct to them from the insurer, so that's still dangling in the wind. They took weeks to get me payment info for the second job. A week after I paid that (after hassling them to get a link to pay, when they didn't provide they amount I owed them; thankfully I'm not as administrative KY challenged as them), after the payment was processed and the card paid off, they refunded that payment. They're citing fraud, though I've had zero issues with the card or notifications from the card itself. I'd even used if to pay another large sum for the first vehicle. They body work looks good, and the pricing is good. But there are little dent repair shops all over town that can claim that bare minimum. Some of those other shops can likely also take payments, communicate when your vehicle will be ready, resist complaining about each other to clients, and otherwise handle operating as a business. Try one of those.

The one that was bugging me most that I saw all the time on the driver door was completely nonexistent when they finished. The small one on the hood which had a ripple was so smooth afterwords that you can only see it looking from a certain direction if you know where it was and are looking for it. He assured me that he has the highest confidence in his work abilities and said on the phone prior to meeting him, "If it can be fixed without having to go to a body shop, if anyone can fix it with paintless dent repair, then I can do it. And I will do the job right." Well he was correct! I sold cars at a few major dealerships in Austin and Houston area of TX over the years, and also in Atlanta, GA and Cincinnati, OH too. I hired paintless dent repair guys very many times in this business. And Jason is as good or better than anyone I ever used, period. He worked on my awesome 2017 Silverado Z71 when it had very few miles on it. I was cautious before jumping in. I did my research, spoke to Jason on the phone and went and met him. He did it right then that day while we spoke about the car biz and I asked him about body shops in the area also for my gf and her 2017 Silverado that had a small dent that was creased and would require a body shop to repair it. It took him less than an hour to fix the dent on top of my left front fender and right in the upper fold in the metal! Ouch! Not the easiest place to do this type of dent repair due to that fold in the body. Now I have one on the lower part of my tailgate from opening it with my pistol sitting on the bumper. Ouch # 2! I'm taking it back to him very soon. He gets very busy after storms come through like we've had lately and he works nearly all over Oklahoma after hail storms come around.
