Fantastic gym! Loved how quiet it was on a Wednesday at 9am. Perfect for someone that likes to have…read morefull access to all of the equipment with no wait! Loved that there is also a InBody device to track my progress. Nice water refill station, phone chargers available, 2 cleaning carts and magnetic cell phone holders as well. Nice to have when working out. Lots of parking too. And covered parking as well. And an electric vehicle charger too! Main entrance is on Spruce but there are 2 other entrances on each side of the building.

The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and never intimidating. I can take my time with my workouts without feeling rushed, surrounded by aggressive gym-bros, or having to wait forever for a machine. The location is also super convenient, right by the freeway and close to plenty of stores, so I can easily run errands before or after my workout. The gym is always incredibly clean and hygienic. Unlike other gyms that just smell like bleach, you can tell this space is genuinely and frequently deep cleaned. I also love following the owner on Instagram. She is so helpful, encouraging, and genuinely cares about understanding your goals and helping customize your fitness journey. It's a place I actually enjoy spending time at, whether I'm there for a quick workout or want to stay longer. I'm so happy I found this gym!

Pretty solid gym overall, but there are definitely some things that could be improved. The biggest…read moreissue for me is the layout. It's basically one large open space where everything is mixed together--treadmills, weightlifting, and machines all in the same area. There are a couple of smaller rooms off to the side, but for the most part, about 95% of the gym is just one big open room with equipment stacked everywhere. It can honestly feel a little overwhelming. When you look around, it feels like a zoo at times with a huge number of people bouncing from one machine to the next. That said, I didn't really have an issue waiting for machines, even when it was busy--it's just crowded almost all the time. On the positive side, they do offer a lot of amenities: a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and showers. I used the steam room and showers, which were nice, but keep in mind you need to bring your own towel and your own lock for the wall lockers. A day pass is $10, which isn't bad at all for what you get. Parking was pretty easy, and they also have a protein bar along with premade healthy meals available for purchase, which is convenient. Overall, it's a decent facility with good amenities and value, but the constant crowd and open layout make it feel more chaotic than relaxing.

The pool deck screens are covered with yuck, flying bugs in the handicap shower, today paper and old bandaids on the cement. Water was cloudy last Monday and Tuesday pool was closed. I have shared pictures with main office, and been told they are working on it. 40-50 folks work out in the pool every morning but staff acts like we don't work out in the gym so we are just a bunch of old people. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to clean pool grates, and kill bugs. Dont look at the window sills by the equipment facing the pool. Brown sweat is gross.
