The first few times were hard receiving bad unexpected news so my anxiety was higher (cried more, so sorry ha) but today was better-ish knowing Jenna and DDS Martin are who I'd be engaging with. I had to go in recently to fix a few things.. I was treated with the greatest of care from Jenna as she distracted me with her cute life stories and helpful coping techniques. DDS Martin has been honest, knowledgeable and compassionate through my visits. I'm thankful to the team for being nice. They tell you what will happen and keep you informed. I appreciate that since I'm an overthinker. The straight facts and a resolution are the best, so thank you. The gals at the front desk are superb too. I called a few times to ask about muscle soreness and I'm not sure her name but pretty sure she's head administrator was patient and broke everything down for me. From my first appointment to my most recent I was so comfortable and so well taken care of I can't imagine ever going to anyone else. The rv is clean and very nice! Dr Garcia is so gentle and so good at his job im never in the chair longer than necessary. He always explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions. Britton, Kendon, and Chris are the absolute best assistants in the world! They are always so wonderful and patient taking me to the bus and they are so great at keeping me comfortable while the dr is working and are very good at every procedure they assist with. I've had a crown, multiple filings, and even deep cleaning done so I can tell you from experience they are the best at everything they do! Even Shanice in billing was so great at communicating with me and my insurance company I was never confused by any bill and she always made it so effortless for me. Not to mention they saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other dentists I went to. Kelly Jo is also wonderful about keeping me updated on all future appointments and making sure I have everything I need. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. After some research I came across Longbow Dental Care. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and engaging. My husband had an appointment a couple of weeks before mine and had Dr. Moh as his dentist so I had already met him and immediately liked his bedside manner, so naturally I requested him to be my dentist as well. The hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and was awesome at addressing my anxiety issues. Because I was a new patient I received an exam and x-rays for 60.00. A reasonable price in my book. After the exam by the hygienist, Dr. Moh came in and discussed what needed to be done and why. He was patient and answered all my questions. After he left one of the office ladies came in to discuss the price of the procedure I need. As I am a cash paying customer we discussed financing options, and felt no pressure at all to make a quick decision. I am glad I found Longbow Dental for my oral hygiene needs!

Been going there for 9 years and the cleaning was always first and a dentist would follow-up with a two-minute inspection. Somehow reversing the procedure and making the customer wait an excessive amount of time makes sense to them. Walked out and won't return. Never received a cleaning. They still billed my insurance company, even after I verbalized my displeasure. Just not the same anymore.

It's bright, modern, & CLEAN-loved that, second I was introduced to the staff-specifically the lady at the front desk (forgot her name), crystal, and Dr. Williams. The staff was so sweet and approachable. I felt comfortable right off the bat coming into the office. I was taken back and was explained the whole process and was given the opportunity to ask any questions I had! Crystal was amazing-she's the lady who did my whitening and explained what she was doing and really heard me out when I was feeling sensitivity, etc. She would check up on me while I sat there waiting for my treatments to be finished.
