Been going there for 9 years and the cleaning was always first and a dentist would follow-up with a two-minute inspection. Somehow reversing the procedure and making the customer wait an excessive amount of time makes sense to them. Walked out and won't return. Never received a cleaning. They still billed my insurance company, even after I verbalized my displeasure. Just not the same anymore.

It's bright, modern, & CLEAN-loved that, second I was introduced to the staff-specifically the lady at the front desk (forgot her name), crystal, and Dr. Williams. The staff was so sweet and approachable. I felt comfortable right off the bat coming into the office. I was taken back and was explained the whole process and was given the opportunity to ask any questions I had!
