She refused to call me the right name or pronouns despite it being listed in front of her on the computer, and asked me "Is this still your name?" like I was being ridiculous as a child (I haven't come here in years). She then argued with me over changing it in the system despite it being legally changed. Additionally, she dropped something in my mouth. She panicked and called over someone else for help. I can feel it in my mouth so I lean forward to get it out and she pushes me back down, then five minutes later says "oh, it fell in HER cheek." I was terrified it was going to fall down my throat and cut me or something. I will never come back due to her intolerance and incompetence.
