Beautiful home, but substandard renovations on what is clearly a hasty, poorly managed flip in which Mr. Lindsay holds a financial interest. Instead of politely declining or providing a counter, we were told "Do not delude yourself into thinking this is a starting point. I have no counter and all but zero interest in your client." We were shocked at this level of unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness. Beware if you work with this man. In further researching Mr. Lindsay, he has a clear history of overpricing homes along with questionable ethics and conduct. I just want buyers and sellers to know what they are getting into with him. We listed our house as the market was crashing. Mr Lindsay said that he had all these buyers lined up and that the group that worked for him also had a bunch of interested buyers lined up. Over inflated our price and gave promises after promises. After forgetting an open house he had scheduled with me we had one showing. He then started harassing us to lower price over and over again and said it was our fault it wasn't selling . When I refused at one time he hung up! I was at a coffee shop and ran into an acquaintance and aired my frustration about Mr Lindsey and sure enough he heard about it and send us a very threatening letter ( I still have it) . Please google him before you list or buy with him! Very unprofessional , uses your empty house for his sexapates !!! It's all on film! How he got his license back after that is beyond me!

Gene helped my Mother, a senior citizen, to sell her house in Wayne, NJ. He was able to get her an excellent, but also fair, price on the home in a relatively short period of time. Far more important to me was Gene's willingness to go far beyond the requirements of his contractual relationship with my Mother. He was able to assist her through the process and take all of the headaches on himself. This included finding workers, of various trades, to make improvements on the home, or to satisfy requirements put forward by inspectors. Additionally, Gene was there to pull in low cost contractors to haul away junk or to assist with any other unforeseen circumstances encountered in the home sale process. For every situation, Gene had seen it before and had solutions at the ready. Even when my Mother's car started faltering, Gene was there to provide rides and line up a mechanic.
