As the saying goes the proof is in the pudding , what you are seeing in the image is Joe's detail oriented and quality workmanship of Chandelier light installation. I called Joe on a Friday afternoon to see if I can schedule his appointment the following week to install the Chandelier light but to my surprise he was happy to adjust his schedule and ready to take up the work within an hour of my request . Trust me, many electricians are not willing to take up the Chandelier light installation work due to its time consuming installation but Joe was ready to take up this work. He was on time to my house as promised. The first thing he did was he examined the ceiling electrical box and right away he said that the existing Ceiling electrical box was not rated to hold the weight of the Chandelier light (31lbs). However he swiftly came up with an alternate plan and immediately drove to Lowes and brought the Retrofit metal ceiling brace that can hold heavy light fixtures. Here comes his expertise and attention to the detail skills. He removed the existing ceiling box and tucked in the metal ceiling brace between the Joist and went that extra mile to conceal the opening with caulking paste such that there was no trace of this retrofit. He leveled the hanging base plate of the Chandelier light multiple times with special tools and finally ensured that it is leveled in perfect horizontal position. Based on my interaction , I could see that he knows and enjoyed what he was doing. He reasonably charged to the wonderful service he has done . I already received multiple complements from my friends about the light fixture. I am more than happy to recommend his service to any one who need a quality output . Joe was great we spoke at 8am and he came by at noon and inspected by panel and made a recommendation on hardwiring a Tesla wall charger. In his inspection he noticed I had room to ad 60amp breaker and also noticed a breaker that was not installed correctly he replaced that along with installing the new breaker for the charger.
