His manner is kind and considerate and, when he came into the room, he introduced himself as Forrest - not Dr. Murphy - and extended his hand. How many doctors do that!? He quickly assessed the issues and said "Would you like me to take care of that now?" Not "call my front desk to schedule another appointment" but "now"! I was beyond happy to say "yes!". He took me into another room to take care of a PCO issue in both eyes which he handled in literally seconds and said I was "all done". The results are so wonderful. Then a drooping left eye. Upon returning 2 weeks later I called about a scheduled follow up appointment and the technician was not there any longer. They said come in to the appointment and Dr tantawi will see you. I was very unsure as to why the nurse wasn't there any longer. Stories about how she wasn't a fit. Dr Tantawi was running late. I sat in the room with both receptionists. Very strange. They were way to accommodating and it was eerie to say the least. He came in and was off putting. I had just spent close to $1000 for a treatment and Botox. He said sometimes that happens where you have a droopy eye. I could hardly see out of the left eye and had blurriness and uncomfortableness for over a month. He insulted me by saying I could use an lid lift and insurance would pay for it. I do not need an eye lift. He gave me some eye drops and I couldn't wait to get out of there. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. I will never go back. Please know there are so many capable people in the desert, why go to someone that is not professional.
