Dr. Tantawi is a very caring and trustworthy person who has a great experience with everything he…read moredoes for surgery and beauty. I will highly recommend him.

The experience was very off putting from the first appointment. I felt unclear who was manning the…read moredesk and who was doing what. 45 minutes later, they said they are cleaning the room. Then another 15 minutes went by. I was uncomfortable who was in charge. The person who I will not name seemed inexperienced. The peel took about 20 mts. I left feeling unsure about the professionalism by the unkept waiting room, and the office. The office staff was to get back with me regarding a prescription. I had to call about. Second appointment I was running 5 mts late. I called, and they took someone ahead of me. Not sure how that works so I had to wait 45 minutes. Then the technician finished and I asked about some Botox and she said let's do it.I was telling her where I wanted it in forehead. Four days later on a trip I had two black eyes. Then a drooping left eye. Upon returning 2 weeks later I called about a scheduled follow up appointment and the technician was not there any longer. They said come in to the appointment and Dr tantawi will see you. I was very unsure as to why the nurse wasn't there any longer. Stories about how she wasn't a fit. Dr Tantawi was running late. I sat in the room with both receptionists. Very strange. They were way to accommodating and it was eerie to say the least. He came in and was off putting. I had just spent close to $1000 for a treatment and Botox. He said sometimes that happens where you have a droopy eye. I could hardly see out of the left eye and had blurriness and uncomfortableness for over a month. He insulted me by saying I could use an lid lift and insurance would pay for it. I do not need an eye lift. He gave me some eye drops and I couldn't wait to get out of there. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. I will never go back. Please know there are so many capable people in the desert, why go to someone that is not professional.

Two of my sisters love her and kept telling me to go and remove my dark spots on my face. It took me a year to consider and I'm so sorry I did! She came in- I shared about my dark spots. Before I knew it she was freezing every mark I had on my face and burned my moles off my chest! She said it would look better this way. I returned in February, 2926 only to hear her tell me that my skin scars easily!!! If she is a DR. Why wouldn't she tell me this before she proceeds? It is now June and scars are lightening with other creams that another derm prescribed. She is not professional or forthcoming as she is supposed to be a Dr. of Dermatology.

Been coming here for 4 yrs but had to change dermatologists recently. Dr Sickinger is fine and…read moreable, and yes, you ALWAYS have to wait, sometimes 45 min for your assigned appt time. Even worse, the office is so poorly run, the staff is so lax. When you sit in the waiting room, you see everything, how most of the staff just shrugs along, barely speaks to you. Seems so unorganized in the front office. One time I had a 9am appt on a Saturday, I got there a little before 9, and the staff showed up to open the doors about 9:10 while I waited outside and they had forgotten their keys to get in! Laughable, but not really, because it wasted my time. They had to call the building Mgmt Co and find someone else to come and unlock the doors. If you're lucky to see Dr Saucer, he's excellent, but only there every other Friday. He caught and removed a melanoma in sito for me, did a great job. But again, the staff was bad. Didn't explain to me about care after the procedure during my appt or during my f/u appt; I had to prompt them and ask the Qs. In the end I could not stand the poorly run front office and support staff and had to switch dermatologists! Just so you know what to expect, excessive waiting and disorganization!
