I was ready to throw the whole unit out the door and start over again. we contacted Anderson, they came and inspected and identified the problem and gave us a very, very reasonable estimate to fix the problem. they came on time on the scheduled day made the repairs. because our past experiences, I did not want to write the review until we had the furnace running for a while. now that the furnace been running of several weeks, I am happy to report that our furnace is running smoothly.
