I was able to schedule a last minute appointment with Elijah today! I've been in the er, urgent care and the doctors because of the pain I've been in the last 6 days. Elijah was a godsend today! He was able to loosen my muscles and I even regained a lot of the movement in my neck and shoulder! I was nervous because my back has been sore to the touch! But Elijah was gentle and effective in providing me some much needed relief! I've been going to Joel's clinic for years and have rarely been disappointed but Elijah knocked it put of the park today! Came to try acupuncture for the first time. I've had nagging back and shoulder pain for awhile. Tried everything (including visits, X-rays, and referrals from my primary care doctor) but nothing helped. After just a few visits with Dr. Travis I'm nearly pain free 24/7. I cannot recommend Dr. Will Schlesinger enough! Joel's Clinic was basically on a list of providers I could see for acupuncture with my insurance so it was a shot in the dark. And I lucked out becoming one of Dr. Will's acupuncture patients! He has a calming presence but still knows how to joke around and is very personable. The most important thing is that he is immensely well versed in his craft of acupuncture but also holds an immense amount of knowledge when it comes to the body overall. I do believe he holds a Bachelor's in addition to his acupuncture doctorate. At this point in time, due to a combination of orthopedic intervention and acupuncture, my back pain is resolved. However, I recommend him for any and all pain as he has an answer. As others have said, I always leave feeling like a weight has been lifted off of me. Joel himself is also on site frequently and is a pleasure to speak with. He too has a calming presence and really cares about his business. I know this should be a given but sadly it is not always so but the place is spotless, from the front desk, to your private treatment room, to the restroom.
