Our friend took us back to Joe's Deli. Unfortunately Joe was out making a delivery. We were able to pick up his order of turkey and roast beef sandwiches with a few orders of potato salad. Friendly and welcoming when I walked I. The door. They were ready promptly take my order but I was trying to make up my mind.they had plenty of drink selections. I finally choose the roast beef sandwich and it was really big. I ate one half on day tried to eat the other half the next but only was able to eat 1/2. 1st time @ this place that actually was recommended to me by a student I was teaching and prepping for his road test. (I work as a driving instructor for New Millennium on Main St in New Ro) I can tell it's old skool. The storefront gave it away. I immediately spotted Joe cutting meats as I come in. How do I know it's Joe? Cause he's wearing a gold chain and a white tshirt. I digress. I order a chick Cut, w/ melted Muenster and the HONEY MUSTARD on a whole wheat wrap. Delicious ! Don't walk, RUN to this deli when you want a slammin' sandwich! This place does NOT disappoint! Also, as I was purchasing my witch, and a Red Bull, I asked Joe how much a packet of 2 Tylenol were. Joe said 1$. I put it back. Joe says, "all right just take your Tylenol on the house." What a guy, generous and a glorious sandwich making man! Bless your heart. Wow where can I even begin ? The owner is so nice , aims to please . Everyone who works here is amazing as well . I placed an order at my new Rochelle office a few days ago but the delivery guy didn't have change , I felt terrible not to tip even though he insisted it was fine since he didn't have change but I promised I would send a tip in by card or stop by , so I took advantage of this to go get more food the following day , I'm obsessed with the jack special sandwich yum. So I told the owner to add a tip for the guy and he remembered exactly who I was . Joe's deli has been in the area for as long as could remember it's a great local deli and makes some really good sandwich

Ever since I moved to new Rochelle I have been searching for a good deli. Time after time I was left unsatisfied even by some of the more popular spots in the area. I guess being from the Bronx I was spoiled by amazing delis always being close by. I can happily say that my search ends here, and I wish I had tried them much sooner. Hands down the best deli in new Rochelle and easily a top contender for all of westchester. My other half greatly enjoyed her chicken cutlet while I was just as happy with my Italian combo. Delicious and packed like a good wedge should be. To top it all of the owner Joe is quite possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met running a deli. Made me feel like family and you can tell he really cares about making his customers happy and delivering the best food possible. Always nice to see a real Italian run deli with an owner who actually cares in a time where that's becoming more and more rare. This will be my new go to deli, can't see why I would ever go anywhere else with a place like this close by. I just happen to find this place as I was waiting for my husband at a doctors appointment and I was hungry. It was just a 4 min drive...YES! And Joe's didn't disappoint. I thought maybe I was lost since it looked like a residential area (sorry I'm new to the area). I ordered based on other reviews on the Italian combo. It was huge and a really good sandwich. I ordered my husband their homemade chicken noodle soup. This was the real deal. It was hot,?loaded with shredded chicken breast. I wanted to take a picture but it was gone by the time could. It was just right for him after a long day at the doctors. Not sure if Monday's soup of the day is chicken noodle, but great option if you have someone visiting the doctor. I came upon Joe's Deli when I was driving in the area and had a craving for a bacon, egg, and cheese. The deli reminds me of the old-school Italian delis that I used to go to when I was younger. The deli itself is pretty small and the space is tight with plenty of fridges fill of drinks. I was able to order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a wedge with pepper and ketchup. First time ordering from Joes and it's during Covid 19. We ordered macaroni salad, a chicken cutlet wedge and a Italian Colombo hero to pick up. Let me tell you......... I couldn't stop eating! Delicious and fresh. The cold cuts and chicken cutlet were sliced thin which makes a difference. Order total was under 20.00 which is great. So I will start off with making it clear that the food was good. The sandwich we ordered was great, but the wrap not so much. Honestly, what turned me off the most is that the delivery was roughly an hour and half. When we finally got our delivery it wasn't even by the delivery man but from a fellow business owner on our floor who had food wrongly sent to him. This your neighborhood deli when the manager joe knows you by name. The first time we came here was to pick up sandwiches for a wedding party and joe automatically greeted us as if we been here before. He noticed the stress we had trying to figure out what sandwiches to get for the party and without hesitation he took the time out to show us what options we had. Instead of buying individual sandwiches he showed a party platter of sandwiches already cut up and said we could pick our own variety of sandwiches for the platter. Super solid italian deli! Makes great wedges/wraps/ sandwiches and they have tons of sides like macaroni salad, cole slaw, ect which are really good. They also make plenty of hot & cold dishes fresh and some pre made to-go in case you need to grab lunch on the fly. Dishes like lasagna, eggplant parm, bbq ribs, grilled chicken. Also a really great place to order catering style plates and trays of food. Ive ordered here a few times for superbowl and also when ive had family over after funerals and occassions and the owner Joe always pulls through and gives you a great price.
