Unfortunately, a very rude gentleman appeared only to say that they would open in another 40 minutes and promptly closed the door in our faces with an air of annoyance. The standout of the evening was, without question, the double-cut grilled pork chop with vinegar peppers. This wasn't just a good pork chop--it was the best pork chop I've ever eaten. I was very embarrassed and upset for the birthday person, mostly because the restaurant and staff did not apologize, nor attempt to resolve the situation. it's too bad that such very poor customer service could destroy an special evening out. in the future, I, and hope whoever reads this, will not patronize an establishment that does not care about their customers.
