Curious to know what someone else's experience is with have a tree stump grinded out? We had our…read morelarge tree cut down by this company a couple of weeks ago and they just came back to remove the stump. Nothing as far as the process or what to expect afterwards was explained. I understand grindings would be left to cover the hole, but I guess my level of expectation for service as far as cleanup was more than what I actually got. The machine they were on also dug up our grass! When they cut down the tree, they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Is this what should have been expected or am I overreacting, because I'm a little pissed.

The owner, Mr. Steve, came out to give an estimate on a huge old oak tree in my driveway. The gentleman was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He even had a meeting with us and our neighbors to make sure everyone is in agreement with how the plans would go. The crew came and went at it! Us and our neighbors even watched at how awesome their system was. They were so careful, proficient, and very nice people. They did an excellent job with clean up as well! The following week they canceled saying we were out of area. Their web site clearly says south suburbs and we live 10 to 15 minutes away. It is very strange out of area you came to my house saw the address agreed to do the work then back out for being out of area.
