I'd been looking for a soft foam end Snow Clearing 'brush' following the recent blizzard and Joe's was the only shop that had it, and with the end of the season it was on sale at a big discount. I picked up 4 for myself and wife and daughter's cars. Great product at a great price. While there I saw how much of a selection of other snow blowers and gas powered machines they have and will definitely stop in to see what they can do on one of those as well. read more

I bought a Troy-Bilt TB30 Riding Lawn Mower. The delivery truck delivered it an hour ago. It didn't have a battery (so I don't know if it will even start, and it was missing the Steering Wheel cap. I just purchased both online. It was a great price and was delivered quickly, but with missing parts! Since NOBODY answers their phone, I will not know if it even works until I install the battery that I just purchased, at an additional price. More to come... read more

No one answers a call or returns them. Until the 30 day return policy. I called left 15 messages. They were going pick it up. But after I got a pallet and ordered 250p zip ties. Victor said it's past the 30dy return policy I have to have it picked up and get a repair estimate. Victor takes no responsibility for the actions and promises made by his staff. On Monday May 20, 2024, I order a Cub CadetXT1 LT50 FAB 50' riding lawn mower, online, from Joe's Factory Outlet, located at 119 US-46, Lodi NJ, 07644. The Cub Cadet was advertised as "open box" on sale for $2,047.49. My credit card was immediately charged $2,183.14. (order # 21052) On Tuesday May 21, I called Joe's, and spoke with a store employee, who stated, the mower is shipping from the Carolina's and should be here by the end of the week. The employee stated they will contact me by Friday, May 24, for pick up. On Friday, May 24, I called Joe's. I spoke with a store employee, who stated the mower was not included in their shipment. I asked they store employee my orders status, he replied, it should be here next week. I then confirmed my contact information with the associate. On Tuesday, May 28, I called Joe's. I spoke with store employee, Victor, who stated he will email the warehouse and inquire about my order. I asked Victor to call the warehouse instead, he replied, we do not have their number, all contact is through email. I asked Victor who the warehouse belonged to, he replied, we own it. Victor then stated he will contacted me for a follow up on my order. (He did not call me back). On Thursday, May 30, I called Joe's and spoke with Victor who stated he still has no order status. Victor stated he will contact the warehouse. I asked Victor if the mower ever existed, he replied yes. Victor stated he should have an answer for me by tomorrow, Friday, May 31. (He did not call me on Friday) On Friday, May 31, late afternoon I called Victor, who stated the mower will be in next week. On Monday, June 3, I called Victor and asked about my order status, he replied, Im not sure. Let me look at the order manifest, I will call you back by the end of the day. (He did not) On Tuesday, June 4, I called Victor who stated the mower is not on this weeks shipping manifest. He stated he doesn't know the status, and he thinks maybe the mower was damaged and not shipped. Victor stated he was going to call the warehouse. I reminded him he doesn't have their number, he replied, I have a friend there. (He did not call me back) I called Victor Tuesday evening and her stated he thinks the mower will be in this week. If not he will try and refund my money. As a retired law enforcement officer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOE"S FACTORY WAREHOUSE. It appears the mower never existed and was a advertisement ploy. read more

I am truly disappointed in this store. They changed the return policy, to the pandemic return policy of "NO RETURNS". This is not my 1st time shopping at this store and i did return the previous item and received a full refund. I am so sorry I purchased from this store when the sun Joe site has new items at a cheaper price and a full refund policy. Now. For many years I have wanted a walk behind leaf vacuum and chipper for our back yard that has an enormous leaf problem year round due to our and our neighbor's trees. I found a Toro brand model that was offered at a great price on the Walmart Online website, but it actually came from Joe's Factory Outlet. Delivery was speedy, impeccably boxed for shipping, and the driver insisted on helping me because of the weight and size of the box. The Toro leaf vacuum came in flawless condition, but with no Manual. I contacted Joe's Factory Outlet and a comprehensive manual arrived BY FED EX two days later. One cannot ask for faster service than that! Today, I called Joes' Factory Outlet directly (their direct number was on a label attached to the Toro vacuum) to ask what type of oil and gas was best for the Briggs and Stratton engine. A delightfully sweet, knowledgable young lady name Stephanie answered my questions and took a few moments for friendly chit chat which I like when doing business on the phone. I want to recommend Joe's Factory Outlet with the greatest enthusiasm! I am very quick to anger when I receive bad customer service on the phone. Stephanie was warm, gracious, knowledgeable, the kind of person every company should have in customer service. Although I live in Mississippi, I intend to order from Joe's Factory Outlet again for more lawn care equipment. I went to Joe's Factory Outlet to buy a Troy Bilt lawnmower that was on sale. I was also interested in looking at a snowblower that was also on sale. I met the manager who said he was sold out of the mower I wanted but I could buy it and wait for more to be delivered, which I did. He then showed me the snowblower that was on sale, a 28" 2-stage Club Cadet. He also showed me a more expensive 28" 3-stage Club Cadet, also on sale, but it was $300 more. I told the manager that I did not research any 3-stage snowblowers. He said they were much better than the 2-stage snowblowers and would not be on sale much longer, so I agreed to buy it as well. Together, I spent $2,000 -- $600 on the mower and $1,400 on the snowblower. The manager said I could pick them both up when the lawnmower arrived. I went home and did research on the Club Cadet 28" 3-stage snowblower when I got home. The reviews were terrible. There were many complaints about the 28" 3-stage Club Cadet because, among other things, the 3-stage did not clean snow as well as the 2-stage and the shear pins were a huge source of aggravation because they broke so often. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told the guy who answered the phone that I had a concern about the snowblower I bought the day before, and he took my number and said the manager was with customers and would call me back shortly - which he didn't. I called back the next day and a lady answered. I repeated my story and told the lady I did not want the 28" 3-stage Club Cadet and wanted a credit since I did not take the snowblower. She said she was not authorized to issue a credit and the manager would be away for a week so she would send him an email explaining the situation and get back to me by the end of the day - which she didn't. I called back for a 3rd time and the same lady answered and said she didn't hear back from the manager and would call him and get back to me before the end of the day, and guess what - she didn't. On my 4th call, it rang and then went to voicemail. I left a message saying that if I did not receive a call saying that my credit card was credited $1,400, I would cancel the entire order and leave a negative review on Google and Yelp. Three more days have passed and still no call from the manager. I called my credit card company and cancelled the entire $2,000 purchase. What a total and unnecessary hassle! This is a dishonest company, and it looks like I am not the only one who has left a 1-star rating and took the time to warn customers to BEWARE and RUN AWAY! read more

Ladies are not safe in this kind of environment. Always beware of how a guy is looking at you, and how he talks to you and if you feel uncomfortable, it is best to leave. I oredered a Troy Bilt lawnmower that would not run when it arrived. So I sent it back for a refund, New Hampshire to New Jersey, where they told me I had put bad gas in it, and I have to pay the shipping, nearly $1200.00. I paid $1949.00 to have a mower shipped just so I could put bad gas in it right off the bat? NOPE!!! I bought a NEW gas can in which to put NEW gas, of course, I'm not stupid. so beware, so far I have paid $1949.00 for nothing. We'll see what my lawyer and the BBB have to say in their replies. I was concerned about this company after reading some of the customer reviews but I went ahead and purchased a Cub Cadet riding lawnmower from them anyway and couldn't have been happier or more pleased with my purchase. Victor helped me through the process and kept me informed the whole way. The item was well protected and shipped on time through Estes Freight. Lawnmower was brand new and in perfect condition when received. I could not be more pleased or happier with my purchase.
