This is the only Nike store in Bergen county. It is also an outlet store, so lots of inventory on sale always. Huge number of shoes are also available at a discounted price. They have athletic clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and kids. I use this location a lot for my online order returns. On weekdays lines are shorter. But on weekends and holiday season, lines get crazy long. They keep lots of counters open to checkout customers as fast as possible. Lots of associates are on the floor to keep the store tidy and help customers. Often I like to stroll in the store to check out some of the new inventories. But I haven't shopped from here much, usually I don't find the size or quality I look for Nike products. read more

Complaint is same as everyone else. Makes no sense to make your customers wait outside to enter the store. I understand they want to limit the number of people in the store-however, they need a better way to handle this especially when the weather is inclement. We waited and the line went quickly, thankfully. Wasn't impressed by shoe selection but my husband and I got a ton of clothes. One of the rare stores that have employees everywhere you look. There seemed to be a lot of commotion where they were standing around laughing/playing etc. No one asked if we needed assistance or offered help. Workers have an air of arrogance. Workers behind register were talking badly about a customer who wanted to skip the line outside. Definitely a place worth checking out but be prepared to possibly wait long. The store is run awful! Manager KB is rude, and makes up policies AS HE GOES. After waiting on line for 25 minutes I was told I couldn't get a store refund for sneakers I purchased (past the 30 days) The sneakers are brand new, 90 days past the purchase date. The RECEIPT and IN STORE both state after 30 days , you are allowed a refund. If you're going to have someone RUN a store, they should know the policies, and how to interact with customers. As we are discussing this issue, another sales associate bent a rule and refunded purchases to another customer that were well over the amount you're supposed to make refunds on. You are better off buying Nike sneakers at a resale shop for an actual discount. I picked up a pair of sneakers and laughed to find it was only $10 off its retail value. As for the discount on clothing, it's not terrible. You will get a decent 20-35% off on an given day on even the newer selections. As for the ridiculous entrance policies, I can confirm they are true. I don't even blame people for stealing socks or other petty goods from this store on their way to register. This used to be a store where the salespeople were knowledgeable runners, and gave good advice on shoe brands based on your foot type, checked the fit, checked how your stride looked when you ran, etc. For me, this made the wait and price worth it, I was getting professional service. The last two times I've been there buying shoes, it seems like this philosophy has changed. Now it's basicially a Sports Authority. They brought me shoes (which were completely the wrong size and width), left me to myself to try them on and determine if the fit was right, and never checked the fit themselves. Took my daughter because she insisted it wasn't just Nike product they couldn't sell. She was wrong . The sneaker selection is crap. So let's get to the real problem. Waited 30 minutes in line while they only had 3 of the 8 registers open. Employees would walk by and comment on how long the line was and wandered about. One of the registers had a woman who credit card wouldn't work, she was at the counter for 15 min and still there when we left, the other register was occupied by two women trying on clothes at the register and the sales guy was more than happy to chat with them about what fit and what looked good they were there for 15 of the 30 min I spent on line and there when we left. There was a pair that I really wanted for my son and they didn't have his size I never ask for help bc usually they would say No this is all we have. Yes, this is a Nike outlet store but no, it's not always going to be cheaper than regular prices. The key to this store is timing. While I recognize that not everyone is able to stop in here on a regular basis but fortunately for me, I go to the gym in this same mall so I stop by a lot. The fluctuations in price are not always obvious or explainable but I'm sure Nike has some sort of strategy for their sales. Here are some tricks: - Usually there is a store-wide sale in between seasons when they're getting rid of old stuff and bringing in the new. - For women, if you have smaller feet, you can totally shop in the kids section for deeper discounts. I got a really cute pair in the kids section for only $27. FYI size 6 in women's is about 4Y - 4.5Y depending on the styles. - Check online before coming here for any inkling of a sale. Usually if they've moved a bunch of stuff on the Nike website to clearance, it means that they're transitioning and there is/will be a sale. In short, I wouldn't come in here on any random day and expect cheap prices. However, when there is a sale you can definitely get both clothes and shoes at a fraction of their original cost. And by fraction, I can tell you that I've gotten things at a quarter of full retail. At the end of the day, you can also always call and ask if they're having a sale before making the trek over. read more

The workers were very helpful in assisting with my shopping, but when it was time to check out I was taken aback by the employee named Brandon. He claims to be the manager but it is hard to believe someone so rude and unprofessional would be hired for that position. The entire time he was on his phone, even when I was trying to communicate with him. He was very dismissive and would simply walk away when I wanted to be assisted. He kept talking about very obscene topics and using vulgar language when talking with other employees, completely disregarding that there were customers such as myself in the store. He completely ruined my shopping experience and lost my loyalty as a customer. Great selection of Men's basketball sneakers. I come back to Jersey several times a year . The official reason is to visit family and friends but the unofficial reason is for the shopping. How can you beat no sales tax on clothing? You can't! This factory store isn't as grand as others but for what I shop for, it exceeds. Love going to this store, my family and I usually find great deals here, and I never had a problem going here... until I found a pair of Jordan 3s on the wall with a ticketed price well below retail, and when brought up to the counter, the lady (who had an attitude problem) lied to our faces giving us the excuse of "oh we probably used this box for something else" as if the sticker for the exact shoe in the box wasn't on it? When I refused to pay the $225 retail price on the shoe, and after paying for a different item and completing our transaction, she proceeded to talk behind me and my mother's backs, and when confronted she hid her name tag! The manager stepped in, but I was already too disappointed in the way she disrespected my mother. Her attitude had no place working in retail, and I was very disappointed with my visit. Not a bad place but the shoe selection isnt the greatest. They dont have a lot of big sizes also, i seen sizes mainly go for the mens 8.5 to size 11. I'm a 13 so I looked on the back wall and they didnt have anything really spectacular that stood out. Even the clothing they didn't have that great of a deal on them. It would only be $5 off a pair of nike shorts. Not much of a deal on that part. The good part is that its in a easy to get to location, and you can go and walk into it real easy. They have a mall with a lot of restaurants near by if your trying to spend a day out there. The management at this location is completely detached from reality. She makes you wait outside, in a line, even when it is pouring rain. The door monitor is so distracted that it takes an inordinate amount of time to get into the store. One time, my friend got in the store while I was parking the car and he asked the omnipotent "door monitor" to let me in to help him. The "door monitor" refused because he has some sense of power being a "door monitor". REALLY???? Once you are in, the registers are ridiculously slow. Why, at this stage of the pandemic, would you have patrons wait outside in line, when there is also an entrance to the store from INSIDE THE MALL. Clearly they do not care about customer service, or about the number of people who walk away in frustration. I despise this store, and judging from the feedback from the people in line and from those who walked away with some choice words, so do lots of other folks. This is my second visit here. You can get really good deals and the staff is always very helpful. Most of them are familiar with the brand and give good advice instead of just trying to push a sale. They also did a pretty good job attending to all the customers which was a surprise only because the store was pretty busy. The store itself was very tidy. All areas are marked clearly and it's not at all hard to figure out where to go for whatever type of item you're looking for. Additionally they were even able to help with by showing deals on things they didn't have in the store but that would still work with the promotions they currently had going on in store at the time.
