Joe and John came out to pop the emergency pull lock on my garage, Joe had the lock open in less than 2 minutes. He also cut a key for me. The poor guys froze to death doing it, it's 15 degrees outside, but they have won my business from here on out. Cutting the key took a little bit longer, which is why they froze, but worth it. Called Joe in the morning and he showed up at 1:30 to work on my problem. I thought the lock on our door would need to be replaced, however, the lock was fine. The problem was with the latch, which he fixed. He also retooled the lock on the door knob to change the position of the keyhole. Joe was very proficient, timely, friendly and inexpensive. Joe is excellent! He was referred to me by another locksmith who did not feel qualified to work on my multipoint locking door. He fixed the door and then gave me the serial number and brand of the vintage door lock so I could find an exterior key lock for the door.
