He was super accommodating and told me to let him know when we were finally allowed in our house and he would come over. Fast forward to the day we closed, he stopped by at 4:30 pm and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. He had to rekey 5 doors in total in an almost 100-year old house. Not an easy thing to do! He was at our home for about 3 hours working away and we were grateful for his service and for allowing us to feel safe in our new home right away. As new homeowners who just dropped a lot of money during closing, we were a little sticker shocked at the total cost, but he was well worth it and he put in a LOT of time and effort re-keying our doors...so we expected to pay a little over $300 anyways. Noon we called to ask and he said he can't do it as promised we would have to wait until Wednesday, We cancelled everything . This is not the first time Bob said he would do something and never showed or called. We contacted Doors Mechanics and they came out, it was the travel module that needed to be replaced, adjusted the tension to balance the door, this was never done correctly by B&B Overhead door because B&B never balanced nor adjusted the tension bars it warped the chain drive, and we had to replace the cables due to the door not balanced caused the cables to fray and they would not wind right. Our Door never sounded or worked properly as it should had, for over 4 years it would stop and start, made alot of noise. Door Mechanics is who you want to call to fix our garage door, they did a wonderful job and we didn't have to replace the garage door or opener as B&B told us we needed to do. (I lost my car keys, how do you expect me to get there?) After reviewing his info from google, it says he comes to you day or night, through any emergency. Ely is an honest man, and did right by me, and my family. He has gone out of his way to help us with a key issue that we have been going crazy trying to solve.
