Jeremy refused to tow my vehicle back home (blamed his boss) and left me stranded in the dark and alone with my inoperable vehicle. Before Jeremy left he told me to "please lock your doors, this is not a safe area". I then had to call AAA to use my last tow for the year just to get home and my vehicle still is not being repaired at a shop. I had to file a dispute with AAA to hopefully get my tow back.

However, he stayed with me for nearly an hour. Until he noticed it was too unsafe for me to remain there. He offered to stay with my vehicle until the tow truck would arrive. Which was estimated at roughly 75 min a d transfer my keys to the tow trucker driver. This gentleman went above and beyond to ensure my safety.
