The car went into 'limp' mode in St Clairsville, OH and I was able to drive to the GM dealer. Unfortunately the GM/Chevrolet dealer said they could not work on Kia's and suggested Jamie's Garage. I went to Jamies where he diagnosed it as cylinders 3 and 4 were mis firing but was booked solid and not able to make the repairs that day. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly. Within 2 hours of this ordeal, he got me back on the road with new parts and repairs. I am grateful he was there and that time and was nice enough to help try and get me into a rental. We found the number of Wheeling Spring Service and gave them a call. Charlie told us to bring it over. After arriving, and employee crawled under the camper and identified the issue. He went to the back of the shop and returned with a new spring. Once the vehicles were in the shop, they noticed the saddle on the other side of the axle had separated from the frame. 3 and a half hours after arriving, they had installed the new spring and had the saddle welded back into place, we were back on the road home to Long Island. I found Wheeling Spring to be courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The amount charged was quite fair. Thank you for turning our potential tragedy into a mere footnote.
