I really appreciated it because I drove out to a different spot and was quoted an unbelievable price so Mobile Specialist Auto Glass really came in clutch. I got my front windshield replaced with the guy coming to my home, no need for me to drive out to a shop. I didn't get his name unfortunately, but he was very kind and told me that it looked like my crack was from a pebble. I really admire his work ethic out in the sun and the fact that this place offered a lifetime warranty as well. The speed of the service was also amazing and he was done in under 2 hours!!! To make an appointment, you send them your phone number and the address where the car would be located at. Also, for accurate quotes, make sure you have your vin number handy!!! The fastest way to find your 17-digit VIN is by looking through the driver's side windshield at the dashboard corner or on the driver's side door jamb. It can also be located on your registration, title, or insurance documents!!!

He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. Cathy called me a few hours later with a quote and I was comfortable with the price since they specialize in this service. I received an email one day prior to my appointment to view and confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a text one hour before the appointment time. As I was looking out my window to see if there was parking, I saw their truck sitting by curb 30 minutes before the appointment time. I went to see if Jaime could work on it now rather than wait. The window's tint was dark and the sunshade was up so I wasn't sure if he was in the truck. Luckily, Jaime got out as I was walking back to my place. I told him that I didn't want him to come in my place to remove the screens since I didn't want to clean the floors when he was done. He offered to wear booties and I was good with that. I asked the reason for coming in my place and he said just to remove the screen. I said that I can do them but one screen's tabs were broken. He told me to push it up then push out which was super easy to do. Anyway, he looked at my screen and said that there were no holes so I don't need to change them. I said that I need new pull tabs so that I can remove the screens to clean the windows. He said that I do need to replace the screens if I wanted new pull tabs. He showed me a large metal square one and one short and narrow one. They were much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones that I had. I stood and watched him remove the old screens and install the new ones. It was fun watching and talking to him while he repaired the screens. It took him about 45 minutes to set up and repair my screens. He said that that there's one year warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and product. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.

Joe saved me a fortune!! I had a broken windshield from I believe it was a rock on the freeway all the sudden I have a crack on my windshield... There it goes on my way to make some money and a crack on my windshield was the last thing I needed.. I was thinking I'm going to have to pay a fortune to change my windshield in these seasons I thought I couldn't get it done but it never happened to me that I cracked my windshield so I just wanted to search how much if would be to change it. While checking on yelp I noticed the they can actually repair the windshield. I called to see how much it was and was I a happy camper!!! I called Joe, and he volunteered to come out to my office right away. I asked him to come early the following morning instead. He arrived on time, and got straight to work. He was happy to describe the work he would do and honest about the results to be expected with my particular windshield. (The damage was considerable, and the result is as close to perfect as possible, but forty bucks beats $650 every time.) He was done quickly, and he was happy to chat while we waited for the resin to cure. The bottom line is that the process is not rocket science, so anyone with a few tools, supplies, and some experience is going to achieve good results. The gentleman who worked on my car has clearly been refining his craft for years -- you can see it in every careful, deliberate step he takes. He was incredibly detail-oriented, patient, and meticulous throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain what he was doing and making sure every tiny imperfection was addressed. Joe was simply fantastic. He came out within an hour to fix a "bullseye" chip about the size of a nickel on the passenger side of my windshield. While doing the work, I was so impressed with him that I asked him to restore my aftermarket halo headlamps as well. He did an awesome job! A coworker driving out for lunch saw him working on my vehicle, and also had a dime sized bullseye chip. Joe fixed that for him within about 15-20 minutes. A rock hit my windshield and created a bullseye crack. About two weeks later, I watched the crack grow into a 20 inch hairline crack. I was devestated and did not think it could be repaired. I searched the internet and after looking at other providers, I picked up the phone and called Joe's. I am so happy that I did. Joe is great! I was driving home on a Friday night when a rock put an inch long chip in my windshield. I called a few places the next morning that were either closed or wanted me to schedule an appointment during the week to bring the car in to get looked at. When I called Joe though, he offered to drive over to my place in 20 min to do the repair there! I took Joe about 15 min or so to fix the chip, and while you can still see it if you look for it, it's about 90% better than it was before the repair. Joe's is awesome...yesterday in the freeway I was hit my a small rock yay cause my windshield to chip...I yelp "fix windshield" and joe's name came up as my nearest location. So I call him today and he said that e charged me $50 to fix it...he was also nice enough to drive over to my place instead of me driving other there like other places that I had call. Once he got there he fixed it within 15-20 min...it was amazing how it was done. Highly recommend if you have a chip on your windshield or anywhere on your window. Plus! Called joes windshield repair since all other shop were telling me their was no other choice than to change my windshiel and couldn't fix the crack . I looked up other companies on yelp and found joes windshield repair called early the next day asked Joe about my windshield crack and I was really happy with the answer he gave me that it was repairable no need to buy a windshield. I'll called Joe's out-of-the-blue out from Yelp or Google, or something. After being with Joe for 5 minutes it was clear to me he is honest and not a company with overblown prices -- with a big sales force to support. Joe also fixed my windshield crack which of course many other companies won't do because there is a risk of breaking the windshield which obligates them to replace the windshield. A rock hit my windshield while I was on the freeway yesterday. I called around to several companies, Joe's price and availability was much better than the other companies. He promised to be at my house between 12-1pm, he was there promptly at 12 pm. The work was done by Joe himself. He is very professional and nice explaining what he was doing as he did it. One of the most convenient auto repair experiences I've had. I received one small crack in my windshield and one small chip in one super exciting freeway drive home. Called them in the morning, and they came over to my house about a half an hour later. Fixed the crack and after looking at the tiny chip, was told to save my money and not worry about it as it won't spread. My windshield cracked on a sunday afternoon. It was supposed to rain that night so I was desperate to get it fixed before it got any worse. After a number of phone calls to various places, all to no avail, I reached Joe. What ever you do, make sure to call Joe for your windshield repair. He is just great! He came out to my office (where the car was parked) within minutes after my call, explained to me in detail what kind of crack I had and how he would go about it to fix it. 20 minutes later the crack was repaired and the windsheild looked great.
