I had to update my review (0 stars if I could) as issues with Alberto's installation ended up creating a more serious problem that could've caused even more damage had I not caught it in time. During the heavy rain in November, I noticed that the inside of my trunk was wet. I never had this issue before, and since the only major work my car had undergone was the rear window reinstallation, I contacted Alberto to ask if he could take a look. I sent him videos of water dripping inside my trunk, but he was insistent that it was "most likely the wiring" or "the car sheet." I still requested that he come assess it, but each time we spoke, I felt my concerns were being minimized. He loosely agreed to come on Friday, but we never confirmed a time because he repeatedly said the leak wasn't related to his work. Friday came with no call or confirmation from him, so I had to be the one to reach out. He said he might be able to come later in the evening but still didn't provide a concrete time. Throughout our conversations, both phone and text, his tone came across as dismissive, as though I was inconveniencing him. He eventually suggested 7-8pm, which I felt was too late to properly assess the leak. When I asked about Saturday or Sunday, he seemed hesitant. After some back and forth, he eventually agreed to Sunday, but again no firm time was given. By this point, I was understandably frustrated. Even though the installation was completed back in April, he was hesitant to do a follow-up when the issue appeared months later. I paid for his services, and he was reluctant to evaluate whether the leak was connected to his work. After our call, I performed a water hose test myself and took a video clearly showing water entering through the top gap of the rear window, running down, and exiting inside the trunk. I sent the video to Alberto and explained that it wasn't a wiring issue and that the installation needed to be corrected. I never received a follow-up call or text acknowledging the video or confirming the time for Sunday's appointment. Because of this, I ended up going to a reputable auto glass shop, who quoted me the same amount that Alberto quoted me back in April. This shop properly removed and reinstalled my rear window. They confirmed the leakage was due to improper sealing and also noted additional issues from Alberto's installation, including incorrect weather stripping size applied around the window, adhesive that wasn't properly adhered, and the window not being centered correctly. ****Long story short**** Alberto may advertise "affordable" prices but don't be fooled. You can easily find another auto glass installer who will charge you the same price and do a much better job. From my experience, I'd be wary of the quality of Alberto's installations and would caution anyone considering hiring him, as there is no guarantee he'll follow up on his work if problems arise months after he's been paid. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere for quality work. read more

I unfortunately had the final blow to my windshield on a Wednesday morning so I decided to call around for a replacement. I preferred someone that would be able to come to me since I'm at work all day and then have to pick up the wife then drive over an hour home. I was given the number for Tepa Auto Glass. Alberto answered quick, needed a pictures of my windshield and was able to get it that same day. He wanted to replace it that same day but unfortunately I was already on my way to pick up the wife so I told him if he could come to my office the next day. He said yes and he will try to be there as early as possible. He actually showed up first thing that morning and was done within about an hour (didn't keep track of time since I was working). Overall he was very communicative and had the best price for a mobile auto glass repair and gave a pretty good warranty. I would 100% recommend him and his services, real nice guy. I wanted to wait a few days before posting just so I know how well the windshield will hold up or if any issues come up but so far so good!
