He sent a vague "Good morning" text with no additional context, even though we had confirmed the appointment the night before. The communication felt awkward and out of touch with what had already been discussed. After the service, I noticed broken glass still left in the car, and a gift box in the backseat had been crushed--without any mention or acknowledgment. It felt like the job had been rushed and done without much care. This was not the experience I expected or needed in an already difficult situation. I wouldn't recommend this business--especially if you're looking for clear communication, attention to detail, or basic professionalism and respect.
