I was quoted 300 over the phone but charged 325 + 3.5% credit card fee that was never mentioned. I said I was quoted 300 on the phone and just seemed to ignore me. Overall, the quality of the job seemed great but the lateness and last minute upcharge really let me down. EDIT: They called me and told me there was a confusion as they were replacing another car of the same model but different year and charged me mistakenly.
