They measured our feet, evaluated our walk, and selected several shoe options for us based off our needs. We both left with a very comfy new pair of shoes, and I ordered a second pair for work. We just called to schedule an alteration and were told by Luke that we could not get alterations unless we paid. We would not have left the store upon purchase had we known the truth. When we advised of what we were told - we were advised that there was no way he could help us. We asked to speak with a manager and he did not transfer us. We are very disappointed that the associate who sold us the jacket was in error and that we now need to pay for that error. We are also disappointed that upon discussing this issue with Luke, there was no effort to make things right.

The store was well organized, the displays were appealing to costumers- I want to try them all. The store was also well stocked, neat and clean. The ladies there were all very nice, helpful and friendly. I don't get the feeling of pressure to buy something or to hurry up. I like that it has a sales rack too.
