That he find a oil…read moreleak that was leaking onto my serpentine belt and my passenger seat was laying flat and the awitch wouldnt work to go up only down. He told me to drop it off abd he would take a look. Before i dropped it off i had to go work in shreveport i noticed on returning that the oil was low and added some when i did i lost the oil cap so then had to go help a friend jump her car off which is where i noticed i had forgot to put on the cap so i dropped the car off with the keys in the seat and sent him a message wxplaining what happened and that id bring a new cap by asap in the morning and i did 2 days later he calls me and tells me hes gonna have to charge me for the diagnostics(which the dealerships dont even do anymore) seeing as i already researched that the car holds 2 can total of freon and it was cool just not cold so waz prob just a half of can or a whole can low and i already knew it was 5he switch on the seat so the only diagnostic that was needed was where isbthe oil leak? So i tell him ok just call me before doing any repairs with the quote. 2 hrs later he callz says he put 3 cans 9f freon in and it was holding it good(amazing since the car only holds 2 and had some in it already) that he sat my seat up to upright positiin and disconected the switch and then that the oil leak was a crank shaft seal leaking and that my belt was swollen and would need to be replaced soon so he said $200 f9r the switch $250 f9r the seal And for charging the ac and diagnostics i owed him 280 bucks right then so i paid him his 280 even though all he really did was add 5 qts of oil look to see where oil was coming out and use a drill to raise the seat up to sitting position. I say thiz because whenbi go to pick up my car im back8ng out to leave ac 8s blowing Hot not cool not cold, HOT and the battery light comes on as well as powersteering light im like wtf when i dropped this car off it had no lights on on the dash now it has 2 and the ac iis worse than when i brought it in he couldnt possibly of put it freon at all in it a little ways down the road it dies compmetely i look no serpentine belt i call a ride and curious we ride all the way back to the shop and we see no shredded belt anywhere so he let me leave his shop without putting my serpentine belt back on. I go spend 70 on a new belt then after the belts replaced my ac goes back to doing the exact thing i dropped it off for and is blowing cool not cold. The only explanatiin 8s he did nothing to it. He charged me 280 bucks and all he did was add oil, tell me where it was leaking from. I then had to go buy a set of guages and a can of freon it took half. Worked amazinhgly after that. So fair price hell no. Good custimer service hell no. And quality? No for 300 he could of at least replaced the belt, but no he let me pull out without one entirely. And at the end of the day he lied to me outright about the freon. Thought bc i am a woman i wouldnt know anything. He was sadly mistaken. And i will never let him touch my vehicle again. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

I sent my Corvette here to simply have long tube headers installed. Should have been a 2 or 3-day event, as I provided the headers when I dropped the car off. When I dropped the car off I asked Caleb to promise me he would bring the car inside his shop nightly, because this car draws attention. Caleb agreed and promised he would do this. I left my car that day feeling good about dropping it off. First Caleb called me saying he could not get the headers to fit. He told me they would not fit my car. I texted and emailed him YouTube videos of other Corvette owners with the same exhaust on the same year Corvette. I even contacted the manufacturer of the headers and obtained a .pdf of instructions how to complete the install. Caleb didnt want to read this information. Two days later he called me saying he was giving up and could not do the work. I was shocked he wouldn't do the job, but told him tk put the stock exhaust back on and I would come pick it up. One day later he called me and said he had the headers installed. I was scheduled to pick it up the next day but that day was Thanksgiving. So we agreed I would pick it up the following day. That next morning he called and told me my car had been trashed and vandalized, and he has a Lufkin police officer on the way to take a report. He said the windows had been smashed out with rocks, there were dents on the body, and possibly damage inside the car (see attached photos). Caleb also said my car was the only vehicle damaged on his lot, and that this had never happened before. I was almost speechless. Caleb's tone was matter-of-fact and he didn't even offer an apology. I asked him how my car had been vandalized while secured inside his locked shop, and Caleb became silent and didn't answer. When I pressed him for an answer, he admitted he had NOT brought my car inside the night before as promised. I asked him why not and said he had been lazy the evening before and decided not to inconvenience himself with re-opening the front bay door and pulling my car around to place it inside on a lift. Again, no remorse. I could not believe what I was hearing. I told him I wanted my car off his property and towed to a local Lufkin collision shop - and Caleb refused to cover the cost of a five-minute tow! He also told me at that time he was not responsible for the damage, and that I should have read signs he claimed were posted saying his business was not responsible for any damage to customers' vehicles. I never saw these signs when I dropped my car off. I then demanded Caleb to pay the costs of repair as my car was busted up, dents in body, damage to paint, glass broken out, etc. Caleb immediately refused and told me I was on my own. He then told me I owed him $900 for the headers installation, and informed me he refused to even waive that cost. Unbelievable. I told him this was ridiculous and I knew I would win a civil court case based on gross negligence on his part. Caleb did not care. Caleb also denied he has any type of business insurance, which is shocking. Possibly a lie so he would not have to file a claim under his insurance. ? Just very, very unprofessional and dirty. I called him back the next day and calmy told him I planned to pursue this legally - based on principle, not on repair costs. At that time Caleb abruptly said he would pay my $1,000 insurance deductible (I was forced to file a claim on MY insurance). That was almost laughable In light of the $5,000 + dollars I knew it would cost to repair my car. And get this: when I called Caleb back to arrange a time to go by and collect the $1,000, he informed me he'd changed his mind and wasn't going to give me one cent. Again, lies upon lies. I have now been without my car for three months as I wait for the collision shop to complete repairs. And my auto insurance premiums may go up soon due to me filing this claim. All would have been avoided if Caleb would have kept his word and simply brought my car inside that night, as he promised me he would. PASS THE WORD about this shameful business. The owner / manager is a liar and a crook in my experience.

I recently moved to Texas and needed to get an inspection done. I went over to grease monkey but…read morethey couldn't do it so the recommended here. My word! I'm so pleased I went here. Never in my life was something so quick, Easy and reasonable. They were extremely friendly and no appointment needed. Just zipped in and zipped out. Also replaced my windshield wipers for me. If you need anything done from inspections all the way to wipers I HIGHLY recommend them!
