Johana is an excellent and very experienced music teacher. She teaches individual students and families, including home-schoolers. Students, especially kids, love her lessons and make great progress very fast! read more

Johana is a wonderful teacher with an incredibly warm heart. She is extremely knowledgeable, yet extremely humble. She prepared me perfectly for studying music in college, but also is a great teacher for those who are just wanting to learn as a hobby. Her laid back personality and approach are endearing, and she always entertains with stories, which makes her feel more like family than a teacher. read more

Specialties

I teach violin and piano. I have a family oriented business - I encourage all family members to participate in learning violin or piano. Usually kids copy their parents, If mom and dad are taking piano lessons, then their children will continue their piano adventures for many years to come. My greatest joy is to see siblings playing violin-piano duets, especially during Christmas. My greatest achievement is when my piano students, after many years of persistence, become professional music teachers themselves.
