Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. My car was broken into and they shattered my window. I was devastated, but I got on yelp and found this company! They replied very fast. They came to me and it was perfect. Took about 45 minutes tops. He even vacuumed my car out from the glass. AND made sure that I knew the window was good and worked before he drove off. The next day I started looking closer at my floor and could see very tiny pieces of glass and a few chunks of bigger pieces . There were also pieces of black rubber left on my floor board as well. I was never told that the window partly broke when being replaced and that there could possibly be glass in my car. The person who i spoke to was super nice and said he would have the manager call me. 24 hours later and no response . I called again and a lady at the call center said it could take 24-48 hours for a manager to contact me so i decided to wait another 24 hours which would put me at 8/39. Still no response. She did call the location and they said i could bring my car back in to be vacuumed but i didn't want to take it back to them when i can do it myself. Disappointed in the lack of communication and a manager not reaching out. I also have dogs so if I would have had one in my car and they got glass in their paw pads, that would have been a whole other issue.

The second time, I had to replace a headrest on a seat. The owner gave me a phone number for a salvage place that delivered the entire seat to the MR Collision Center. I was charged a minimal fee for installation. Brand new, the headrest for a Genesis would have cost me $630. Altogether, I spent half of that for a used headrest. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail.
