I called again and a lady at the call center said it could take 24-48 hours for a manager to contact me so i decided to wait another 24 hours which would put me at 8/39. Still no response. She did call the location and they said i could bring my car back in to be vacuumed but i didn't want to take it back to them when i can do it myself. Disappointed in the lack of communication and a manager not reaching out. I also have dogs so if I would have had one in my car and they got glass in their paw pads, that would have been a whole other issue.

It was cheaper to pay out-of-pocket than it was to charge the insurance company wow like hundreds of dollars cheaper. So I paid out-of-pocket. The technician that showed up was really great and worked really hard. The window was repaired, but later I realized that the glass had been replaced with regular glass not tinted glass, which is like the window in the passenger side so now I have a driver side window with no tinted glass just regular glass and it doesn't look right compared to the other three windows, and also it allows the car to heat up. I was disappointed and wish I had noticed before and asked about it but now I'm stuck with a window like that until I decide to get that fixed and pay again.
