I asked for a consultant in Grants Pass, they assigned me to Medford. They transferred me to Grants Pass, which is apparently closed during my lunch hour. I sat on hold for 12 minutes, hung up and called back. Someone in Medford gave me this number 541-244-2650. Called it. Wrong number. Bottom line: since we share a lunch hour it will be impossible for me to drop off my tax paperwork in Grants Pass. Wow. Would have been nice if the person who set up my 15 min consult would have told me that. 2 weeks and 45 min of my lunch hour I have no appt to have taxes done. You suck.
