He will work with you in any way that is most comfortable for you and he communicates quickly and clearly. I got the professional resume plus the LinkedIn package and it was definitely worth it. He had a quick turnaround time for delivering the resume as well as the LinkedIn page. Even with this job market, I received a significant amount of interview requests with the new resume as opposed to my old one. It is important to note that I did not even need to tailor my resume for each individual job posting I applied to. I just applied with resume and cover letter Karl created. I also had a lot of recruiters reach out to me once my LinkedIn was completed. In fact, I am still getting new interview requests even though I already accepted a new job offer. I would definitely recommend getting a professionally written resume from KStar, especially if you are frustrated with the job market and haven't seen much success with your current one. For me, it was night and day once I received the new resume.

I had been in the same industry for many years and my resume was stale and tired. Jodi spent the time with me on the phone to understand what I was looking for and what I had been doing. I thought this personal touch was awesome, some services I had looked at, all the contact was by email only, and for more money... She is very professional, asks many questions and you can tell she has a strong background in Recruiting. I was VERY happy with the results. I chose the Resume and Cover letter package. Is it worth having a professional resume? All I can say to that is that I had been getting nowhere in my job search, Jodi gave me some tips and along with my new resume I had interviews lined up within 4 weeks. Thank you Jodi. I have and will continue to refer you to my friends and colleagues.

For additional reviews, please see The Resume Shop, "INK" in San Francisco and Rocklin, CA. What makes me unique as a résumé/LinkedIn profile writer is the fact that I began my career in Employment Services as a job developer/vocational counselor and then as a recruiter for a national staffing firm. In both roles, I worked closely with employers, so I know first-hand what hiring managers look for in a résumé. I have worked with hiring managers in a wide range of industries/companies, including Fortune 500 companies. Likewise, my clients are professionals in all industries and at all levels of employment. In 2014, I was hired by a large San Francisco-based firm to write LinkedIn profiles for their partners, directors, and managers. I excel at understanding each client's career goals and writing a résumé that highlights his/her knowledge, skills, abilities, and accomplishments in a manner that captures the hiring manager's attention. I love hearing from clients who have been successful in getting their dream job because my work opened the door. More than 75% of my new business comes from referrals from happy clients. I also provide complete Career Coaching Services which includes an assessment of career goals and vocational counseling, resume review, job search tips, and interview preparation.

During this booking, there is a questionnaire you must complete before scheduling. Within the questionnaire lists Dianne's pricing. To respect her time and mine, I immediately reached out to her and thanked her for her time, for I had noticed her fees for service where way beyond my budget and what I expected. Dianne then responded asking ME what MY budget was to revamp my resume and cover letter. (MY OPINION MY BUDGET) I responded to Dianne with my pricing. Dianne a CERTIFIED WRITER responded very condescending, "Oh dear, no we are all certified writers and don't work that CHEAP. Thanks for you inquiry though. Wishing you the best!" With some smiley face character Truly unprofessional, condescending, demeaning and uncalled for. Such a certified writer should possess better customer service skills. I could have noticed her fees during the booking process, booked a slot, brainstormed with her and then told her her services were out of my budget after wasting her time! But I didn't, instead I was straight forward and honest and was called CHEAP! Disgusting.
