The front desk receptionist and the "book keeper" are a different story. They are rude, talk down to patients, and fairly incompetent. They have difficulty answering simple questions and can't explain things clearly. They also don't believe the "customer is always right" mentality, they didn't tell me about a document I needed to bring on my first visit and loudly argued with me that they told me to bring it and I was going to have to pay out of pocket. It really is too bad because he is a fantastic physician. Update: office staff is still terrible, let me be in pain for a month claiming they submitted to my insurance but they had not. They finally did and got a denial and called me to have me call to appeal it. I called found out what the office needed to do and called them with the details. They called me 2 weeks later telling me what I had told them they needed to do. In all this time I found another doctor, got an appointment and treatment (that they got approved with my insurance). Will never go here again, what kind of doctors office does not care their patient is in pain?

On a hinky intersection so be careful getting there. Staff was not the most welcoming, but passable, despite the sliding glass (aka unfriendly) border wall separating them from us. The front desk/wall process did not take long once you got thru. Wich can take awhile. Typical depressing wall decor and paint job. But in each case the staff seemed to be on top of things, and didn't make you wait more than 15 minutes. Maybe it was just my timing. Inside the offices, staff were nice, accommodating, pleasant, and didn't waste your time. If you need to use the rest room, they'll give you the jailer's key that get yous into the bathroom in the hallway (which is otherwise locked).

They were extremely inconsiderate toward my mother--who is 92 years old and in poor health who arrived on time for her scheduled appointment with the podiatrist, Dr Yu. The staff member, G Yu was very insensitive toward my mom. I tried to explain to G Yu that my mother had an open wound on her back and was in pain; despite having arrived punctually for her scheduled appointment, she was left waiting for over an hour and was the last patient to be seen. I was attempting to kindly intercede on behalf of my mother, who suffers from dementia and cannot speak for herself. G Yu completely disregarded my concerns and in retaliation she told me not to bring my mother back again. G. Yu appears to be the person in charge of the facility--the one who initiated the despicable act of patient abandonment--since the doctor simply complied when she asked him to discharge my mother and hand over her discharge papers. They are clearly in violation of ACA and HIPAA. I would like to remind this family medicine practice that they are not in China. We are in the United States of America, and people here have the right to be treated with respect and fairly. They advertise this website that does not exist: www.advancedmedicalfootcare.org. Let me cut right to it. My family and I have been going to Dr. Kim (Milford walk in) for over 20…read moreyears. Overall she is a very nice person and doctor. However the office and the employees are another story. Most are interns that come and go. Let me say that the relationship you think you have with your physician can quickly be ruined especially when you have an issue or question. This happened to me today. I simply called and spoke to Wendy about a couple of office visits. Some of these visits were less then 3min. I perfectly understand insurance but requested to speak with Dr. Kim on a issue. When that happens it turns into money not the relationship. Wendy quickly got back on the phone and stated she spoke to Dr. Kim and she said unfortunately she cannot do anything. All I wanted was a quick chat. In conclusion look for at least a more up to date,private,professional office. I never really felt any of these factors until I was treated like a number today and not a 20+ year patient. I will never return to this office.

Was told for diagnosis, to schedule appointment with regular doctor, which I did, but was booked with a PA, not doctor. 45 minutes past my appointment time to see a PA for 5 minutes who did nothing- no new tests, still no diagnosis. Someone suggested a surgeon there. Again almost 45 minutes late past my appointment time to see an older very grumpy surgeon who acted completely annoyed to answer questions . Not a professional environment in my experiences. There are several admin people when you first walk in, most not doing anything but would not check me in - said you have to do it yourself at a touch screen kiosk that no one was sanitizing after multiple people touching it. They were fast to ask for my credit card to get a copay once I checked myself in.

She quoted me a figure that was 3x more than what my insurance estimated for me so I asked (respectfully and politely) if she could check again. I would have been fine if she had politely told me that unfortunately, that is the rate, and perhaps atleast pretended to be helpful/understanding. However, she seemed very agitated and had an attitude that really turned me off. I had received a positive referral to see Dr. Brodsky but decided to cancel my appointment on the spot because of Sara/Sarah. This is really an unfortunate way to turn off new patients.
