This practice offers 0 communication on where your child is in the treatment. How long they may have left. My son has been here since 2024 and there has been times he is wearing the same tray for months. I paid everything up front intentionally so that I could prepare for my next child's treatment but they never fail to just randomly throw additional charges in. My coverage is active and I have been in the same plan for over four years yet was told my coverage is inactive and I would need to contact Metlife myself to sort things out. In short after paying thousands of dollars for treatment they act as if they are doing you a favor as opposed to providing a service. And do not show up 5 minutes late for your appointment. You will be turned away and will not get a new one for a month. Their waiting room is always packed so the individual patients are not that important to the staff. Its sad,

This guy was recommended to be by my general dentist, Dr. Thee. And I could not be happier. Even though I have a clicking jaw which she hasn't been able to fix... though it wasn't for a lack of trying on her part. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Dr. Anderson herself is very knowledgeable, and always takes the time to sit down and explain things to you. I couldn't possible give them a higher recommendation.

Zero complaints. They guided us through the braces process, involved my daughter in some of the decision making process, braces went on without a hitch. I also unfortunately had the opportunity to use their after hours emergency line and am pleased to report that it was answered and the issue addressed to our satisfaction.

This comes from someone that has a dentist phobia. I went in for oral surgery to have 7 teeth removed and to get dentures. I visited the practice for a general check-up, x-rays and a cleaning.I have not been to the dentist in a few years and wanted to make sure my teeth were in good shape as they are prone to cavities. In addition, my TMJ has gotten worse and I needed some professional advice. The practice is located on 66th street and has parking behind the building. The waiting area has plenty of seating and magazines while you wait. The guest restroom is clean and in good shape. My hygienist was very nice and informative as she was evaluating my teeth. She did an x-ray, charted my gum depth to check for gum recession, did an oral cancer exam, and cleaned my teeth. My dentist had very friendly and respectful. He evaluated my teeth and jaw and gave me a mirror to show areas of concern where I was starting to get cavities. He also gave me an affordable recommendation to help relieve the discomfort I've been feeling from my TMJ, which i will be trying soon. The receptionist is really nice and personable. We liked talking to her as we were checking out. My boyfriend did alot of research before choosing a dentist because reasonable prices and nice staff are very important to us. We will be returning for follow-up visits.

He was able to put a numbing shot in for almost immediate relief. I had X-rays without any additional pain and was referred for a potential root canal. Dr. Olvera was exceptionally kind as is his Assistant Mimi.
