I went to my appointment, underwent the procedure, and paid the exact quoted amount in full before leaving. However, weeks later, they slapped me with a surprise bill for an additional $300 that was never discussed or agreed upon. Charging patients extra fees after services are rendered and paid in full is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and urge this office to review their quoting and billing transparency.

Their staff was friendly and warm, got me on the schedule much quicker than expected. They were awesome when I arrived for my first appointment and examination. The doctor took her time to get to know me and did a comprehensive examination. I've already been referred to an endodontist for some additional work and have a cleaning scheduled. Their follow up is impressive, and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. I could not be more pleased by the end result.
