If you have an issue, he will only do the standard investigative techniques that even ChatGPT can tell you to investigate yourself. For instance, I suspected that there was a keylogger on my Mac device. He only looked through my System Settings to investigate. I needed to press him to run some commands and investigate a little more thoroughly. He didn't ask me what timeframe I needed my data; he only collected data that was live. I've since learned now that there was a keylogger stored on my device, and it was actually contained in an application that looks benign but has actually been tampered with by a hacker. Since finding this through another firm, I realized that this PI firm is a joke and isn't afraid to scam you and give you less quality service than what is apparently necessary. The IT consultant is noticeably lazy, consistently canceled on meetings and doesn't actually investigate a matter (he just does what a tech person would do and asks the standard questions). I did not feel like I was in good hands with this firm, but this is everything in a PI firm. Unfortunately, I had to request to get my money back for the last statement of work with them.
