Only after the procedure was done was I told that it was not covered -- and that I would need to pay out of pocket before leaving. This kind of bait-and-switch is completely unacceptable. I had previously referred several patients here, but after this experience, none of them will be returning, and I strongly advise others to stay far away. I will also be filing a formal complaint with my insurance provider and exploring options to report this situation. Their practice lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for patient rights. I will never return, and I encourage others to seriously reconsider before trusting their dental care to this office. Please refer to other reviews given to this office and the new ownership and consider going to multiple other dental practices in the area. In addition, my friends have far better things to do than to be reviewing a random dental office they've never heard of. Please hire competent staff that can actually do their jobs and not just your husband.
