I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home.

Ralph Plancarte, the owner/supervisor, went into detail with us what was involved, and gave us samples of the new silicone material that was used for our insurance company. His crew of 4 that worked on our roof (this job) were polite, funny, fast and thorough. Our roof was a mess, and our air conditioner frame needed A LOT of TLC. Ralph checked on them twice a day, not that it was necessary. They all worked seamlessly to do what was possible every day. Took a week (yes, our roof was THAT bad!) and let me know when they were done at the end of the day. They started at 7 AM, drove our dogs nuts (lol!) but man, our roof is pretty! So, if you need ANY kind of work done, they do everything but electric. Drywall, cement, stucco, roofing, tile work, carpet, etc. Amazing work, good pricing, and excellent customer service. Also, I'd like to point out that your husband Mike's complete and utter lack of professionalism whilst doing the quote. To elaborate he constantly hit on my fiancée in front of our 14 year old son. This was also the third time we had a quote done because this company could never seem to get the scheduling correct. However, Mike had no problem finding the house when he knew my fiancée was there. Part of being a business owner is owning when you are in the wrong. In no way shape or form were we trying to get a free cleaning, as a matter of fact we offered for you all to come over and see the terrible job so we could pay you what you thought it was worth, but you refused to come to the house to evaluate that. I think the most upsetting part was that I didn't get a call or message apologizing the first time I addressed my concern. The second time they cleaned I never got a message or call telling me they had finished or asking if I was satisfied with the final result. The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message. It's a shame because I would have used them for a cleaning service on our short term rental home. But they lost my business. Not just on the bad cleaning job(twice,) but mostly on bad customer service.

He said that the HW company would "Take 6-8 hours to approve the claim and therefore I would not be serviced until Monday, but they could replace mine tonight if I purchased from the direct". This was a LIE! I had already received confirmation that once this company submitted the information they would approve the claim within 15-30 min.
