Dr. Moody tried to fit a permanent crown on my implant and tried several different sizes. He commented that if the last one didn't fit he would have to special order one. He left me with the last one and said it was good. I was there in March of 2024 for a cleaning. I told his associate the implant was hurting/ bothering me. He said 'Good news! It's NOT infected." Yet he gave me an antibiotic rinse to use for 3 months. Then I came back in May to have new crowns put on when Dr. Moody said, " your implant is severely infected. We have to pull it all out, post and all." That experience was sooo traumatic, I hadn't been back to a dentist in 2 years. They tried to get me to sign papers for payment before pulling it. I refused stating it was their fault. They agreed not to charge me. They were supposed to fill another tooth that day, which they did not, but chMarge's me anyhow. Then. When I looked into it, the particular plan, he told me to try to cut is only for people who are medically, frail or addicts. I am neither and I don't appreciate the dentist. I had to reschedule my fiancé's appointment (which, mind you, they've been milking his insurance with these unnecessary three‑month cleanings) because he had an emergency job come up. The job ended up taking longer than expected, so I called again the next day to move it. The attitude from the front desk was completely unnecessary. They told me nothing was available until December unless someone canceled. I asked how we were supposed to know about cancellations, and they told me we'd have to keep calling to check. Next thing I know, they went ahead and scheduled him anyway -- on a random day and time that didn't even work for us -- without asking or confirming anything. He had to rearrange his whole schedule just to make an appointment we didn't even book. And on the day of that appointment, they told him his insurance "wasn't going through." I'm panicking, calling around, trying to figure out what's wrong, only to find out it was their mistake again and the insurance was fine. At this point, I don't know what's going on in that office. The amount of scheduling errors, miscommunication, and attitude is unacceptable. Either the staff is getting lazy, forgetting how to do their jobs, or they need new people who can handle the workload correctly. But something needs to change. We will not be returning to this dentist office. The constant mistakes, lack of communication, and unprofessional attitude have made it clear that our family's time and care are not a priority here.

Often times, when you aren't a patient of ones office AND your aren't calling to schedule an appointment - you are generally rushed off the phone or told a million a times you need to schedule an appointment. Their staff is extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. I especially like the front desk lady with the brown hair and glasses. She is phenomenal. She is on top of it! I'm only rating 4 stars because when I went in to get my filling at first, I had the Doctor Who had a busted blood vessel in his left eye. He seemed to be under stress. When he did my tooth it looked like SpongeBob. It went by quickly he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Being an advocate of my health, I did request for him to shorten it some more because my tooth was clearly wider and larger than the left tooth. He did just that. And asked me to bite down, I bit but my bite felt different. He said that my bite should adjust. So I went along that weekend and I tried to eat later that day, and it was very hard for me to eat. I tried to speak and say certain words, but my mouth couldn't form it. This is just from two teeth getting done. It was uncomfortable. I called them and complained because there was too much composite on my teeth and I couldn't function properly. So I went back in the following week and Dr. Hannah took care of me. They shaved down my teeth some more so that my mouth could close properly. It worked! I have been extremely pleased since then. I am happy they were able to see me again and fix everything. All in all if the doctors are under stress, they shouldn't be at work and they should never try to rush people out of there. I appreciate the doctors that I've had there that take their time and accommodate me patiently.
