I just think it makes its easier on everyone involved. Lol I saw Dr Stevenson years ago and came back to him again. Such a nice professional doctor. Easing fears. His assistant nurse is like a friend the first time you meet her and on surgery day made me so relaxed. Dr Stevenson even checked up on me that night with a phone call. Don't hesitate to call!!! I have not one thing I'd change about them!!

They purmt my payment on a City Bank Syncrony card with a very high interest rate. The entire amount was put on a card with a 20+ percent interest charge. I transfered that total to a card with a much lower rate. My upper dentures were being modified to accommodate my mouth structure. The pallet had to be continually recovered to prevent gag-reflux. Finally got to the point when a tech there told me that an upper denture would never work properly. I demamanded an review with the Dr. and the office manager. They decided to reimburse me a percentage of my cost, which was, again, paid in full. I since went elsewhere and now have teeth that work perfectly well, but I still have a monthly payment of thousands left that I still have to pay for the work Aspen Dental couldn't complete. I get upset every month when I make that payment, and equally upset that it was a tech, not the dentist that finally told me that my procedure would never work properly. BULL...danky! I came to them knowing that I needed 1 root canal and to have my bridge replaced. Four months later, neither has been completed. Not only that, Dr. Wong damaged another tooth prepping it for the bridge. She admitted nonchalantly, "oh, sometimes that happens" you need another root canal, go to this guy, he's a specialist, and didn't even bother to try to apologize. I knew something was wrong when the tooth started hurting two days before the fitting. By this time I have no money left and am unemployed and don't even have the cash to pull the teeth. Now I am with two teeth that need root canals and no bridge! They convinced me I needed surgery, crown lengthening, prior to the replacement of the bridge, again.... really? When I went back for the bridge, it didn't fit AT ALL and she tried to force it in place, the pain was unbelievable. They didn't want to wait long enough for the local to take effect. I got angry and asked for a copy of my x-rays to be forwarded to another dentist, in which the receptionist said come back in an hour. I did, but they only gave me the second set and never responded back to me about anything. One of the receptionists is an outright liar and on two separate occasions blatantly lied to me about returning my phone calls. During my surgery, in which they had to bring in a specialist, that always hikes up the price, the behavior of the assistant, dark haired woman, possibly hispanic, was soo unprofessional, flirting and carrying on with the doctor, asking him all kinds of personal questions that made me uncomfortable! I knew then I didn't make the right decision. I mean, they tried to tell me I was level 3 or 4 on periodontal disease! I have been to the dentist before but I have never experienced such sub par rip off artists. I would rather have paid much more for a far better out come.
