Whenever we have a computer issue or something that is just not working quit right we can call them up and have them take care of the issue remotely. They have helped me add more laptops to my studio while still on a budget by building me a refurbished unit. More recently I had an error message come up on my laptop and before I clicked anything I called them up to tell them what the message said and how I should handle it. I was told I would have to bring the laptop in for them to work on. They were able to save the hard drive and I was already sent up for automatic backups with them so everything was safe. I did have to buy a new laptop with the help of the nerds on what I should be looking for. I then dropped the new laptop off with them and they got everything up and loaded on it for me with all my old "stuff" so I was ready to go. I highly recommend using them for any IT!

Our printer stopped working after 1 month-after several messages to him, he told us it was a piece of junk-so why did he sell it to us? Constantly calling, and when I do get him, he gets very defensive and belligerent, acting as if issues are my fault. He hasn't returned my last two calls so we've given up calling him. He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs.
