After a long talk and info on my brother lap top that's 11 yrs old, we decided to just bite the bullet and buy a new one. So we bought a 16" Max Pro. Steven was easy to talk to and very very patient with me as I didn't know what I was talking about! Steven will delete all the junk off old one and then download rest onto new one this coming week.
