Brian just rescued my computer. I was reading a news story, when all kinds of pop ups came up warning me that my computer had been compromised. I immediately turned off the computer & when I turned it on again, a blue rectangle on a black background appeared. Everything was frozen. Based on Yelp reviews, I brought it to Brian at Seacoast. I am a typical senior citizen that is sometimes challenged by my computer. I had a couple of Zoom meetings that my camera wouldn't work for the meeting. I came into the repair shop and asked if they wouldn't mind looking at my PC. In 10 seconds, the young man was chuckling and restored my camera. Apparently, my computer had a privacy slide that I did not know existed. He ran a virus check (I had none) and charged me nothing. Amazing service from both Bryan and Shane! I was ready to replace my computer because I could not get any of my Office documents to open, nor could I download any files from Gmail. My google chrome would not always open and when logged into gmail, it would switch users on me. I also lost my option to print. I essentially was not able to use my computer. I contacted Seacoast PC Repair and they were constantly in contact with me, providing options and pricing as they diagnosed potential issues. I had dropped my computer off on Wednesday night and was able to pick it up Thursday after work and it was (and still is) fully functioning! Brian is a great resource for any questions and is not pushy on selling his service. Brought my 10 year old PC (Windows 7)in because the video card or motherboard was working haphazardly. After examining the PC, Brian gave me three options, from him repairing the PC to replacing the board, to buying and transferring all my data & programs to a new or refurbished PC. After discussing each option, I went with #3 and the new (refurbished) PC worked perfectly. He showed me how all my old programs worked on the new PC (Windows 10) before we even left the shop. I called a few times after getting home with some questions and he was excellent on the phone, providing advice and answering the questions. After three weeks I love the new PC. read more

An update to my review. Bryan Ellis agreed to appear on the People's Court in regards to the case I have filed against him. Was eager in fact. He counter sued on bogus nonsense. He reneged 2 days later, claiming scheduling conflict. Said he would be available in March. He refuses to return calls and email sent from the Producer of the show. She has been trying to contact him for 4 weeks, in an attempt to reschedule. No response....What is he afraid of? The case is still pending in District Court. I filed a motion for in person hearing....it may take a while, but I will not be dropping my claim.... read more

so before I get into the details of the actual work that was done I would like to thank Bryan and Shane, Both went above and beyond my expectations on what needed to be done, both are well mannered and have a good sense of humor, you can tell by talking to them that they truly care about the customer experience. Now onto the actual work that was done. I came in with a custom build to have windows installed on it after I assembled the pc. A lot of stuff happened leading to my pc being taken apart and all the potential problem parts being tested, to make a long story short I got a new motherboard since the first was doa, and I scrapped my garbage ssd. after all that happened my computer worked fine and I couldn't be happier with the service and dedication that was put into my pc. So far I have ran into no issues with the machine what so ever. read more

For 4 years my brand-new, expensive Toshiba Qosimo had sat on the shelf, after fixing countless problems only to encounter new ones that had me tearing my hair out. After reading these great reviews, I dropped it off to Bryan around 4 p.m. and he had ALL the issues fixed by the next morning--at a price so low I'm kicking myself I didn't do it sooner. That was about 6 weeks ago and it's worked perfectly ever since. Now my Macbook has crashed (he fixes those too!), so that goes to him ASAP.
