Bryan saved me months of reconstructing multiple company QuickBooks files by removing a newly installed hard drive and re-installing my old failed one. After a couple of failed tries he opened it in SAFE mode and was able to get ALL of my files saved to a flash drive and external hard drive he set up for me. He also tuned up my laptop removed some stuff slowing it down, removed my anti-virus software and set me up with a newer and more effective one and found a site that was an approved QuickBooks site that could convert my QB Enterprise files to QB PRO so that I can now open them on my new Hard Drive with the new version of QB Pro that I just purchased. Bryan spent over 2 hours with me explaining things and answering what were probably dumb questions to him AND he did it all on NEW YEAR'S EVE. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. so before I get into the details of the actual work that was done I would like to thank Bryan and Shane, Both went above and beyond my expectations on what needed to be done, both are well mannered and have a good sense of humor, you can tell by talking to them that they truly care about the customer experience. Now onto the actual work that was done. I came in with a custom build to have windows installed on it after I assembled the pc. A lot of stuff happened leading to my pc being taken apart and all the potential problem parts being tested, to make a long story short I got a new motherboard since the first was doa, and I scrapped my garbage ssd. after all that happened my computer worked fine and I couldn't be happier with the service and dedication that was put into my pc.
