My recent two visits to Montgomery Cardiology were positive and reassuring experience. The combination of professionalism, compassion, inviting office and efficient care left me with a sense of confidence in my healthcare journey. The people who work there are very nice…read more I went in for an MMR antibody test. For reasons that I don't understand, they were unable to perform the blood test. All I got was a piece of paper to take to LabCorp. Kind of a waste of time. The strange thing is that the patient rooms don't have any medical equipment in them, unless you count a blood pressure cuff and a scale. That's it. In my previous experience, urgent care clinics can do blood tests, prescribe medicine, take x-rays, etc. I genuinely don't understand what they even do here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jalali's for many years and previously had positive experiences. Over…read morethe past couple of years, however, I've noticed significant changes in the practice. Appointments often run very late, and visits feel rushed despite long wait times. It has also become difficult to receive certain services or medication support, especially when prior authorizations are required. I've felt that the level of communication and follow‑through has declined, and some issues I raised were not addressed in a timely or consistent way. Because of these changes, I ultimately decided to transition to a different provider. I hope the practice is able to improve its processes moving forward.

I should not have to schedule a new appointment less than a week after the previous appointment to get a prescription that you all said you were going to send to the pharmacy. You delayed my care and I ended up sicker as a result. I have to agree with some of the negative reviews I've seen elsewhere, regarding your for-profit status. You used to be great and I would recommend you to everyone, but I just don't know that I can do that anymore. This is the third time I've had a problem with the prescription and it's been every single time. I had to have a prescription sent from this office, they will try to make me do another appointment just to get it. That's not OK.

My daughter in laws say her bright smile puts the children at ease when she enters the room. She takes her time in checking the children. She's been working at the practice for a number of years and therefore it must be not only her experience, but her sweet personality that makes Caroline our family favorite!

He possesses an excellent bedside manner and will take time to answer all of your questions. He is the only reason I returned after many bad visits with others. However, in my experience any other doctor practicing at this location is very matter of fact and really rush you. One female doc in particular was very disrespectful because she talks to the parent as if they are ignorant about the obvious, and she is PUSHY to boot. She insists that you see her doc friend who happens to specialize in what you need. Ya right lady. I told her I wanted a doc closer to home for the specialist and she balked and told me that no I should go to where she was referring me. That is clearly crossing the line in my opinion. The receptionists are not very friendly and more importantly not knowledgeable about the basics. This is appalling. Trust issues. The nurses vary, but for the most part they are not good and they foold around and talk at their station and you can hear all the nonsense. Had one nurse Severiana who did not even understand English well and treated my child like a brute. Nurses Jillian was dynamite and so was another older lady who is still there and she is gentle and professional. The finance/billing person Dawn is also a demerit. She is someone who will confuse you and talk in circles to the point that you are pulling your hair out and don't even know it. Rinse and repeat. This lady is also someone who is not up front with the problems THEY CAUSE because she weaves a web of tangled messes and rarely follows up. Every time I speak to her with that sickly sweet small voice, I want to vomit. UGH. CNP (certified nurse practitioners) are also very abundant in this practice, but if I am paying primo prices why am I given a nurse? We will not be returning to White Oak Pediatrics and my kids will definitely be happier somewhere else. Such a shame the great doc Impeduglia has a truly awful crew!! The receptionist was so kind and welcoming and someone else guided me around to another waiting room!!. Nobody minded that I held onto them trying to navigate where I was going. I didn't sit for long at all so this place is decently quick but take their time with helping you with what you came in for I came in for chest pains. The Dr assistant was Anthony! he was nice, conversational and made sure I was okay or needed something simple as water while I waited. We talked about craving chicken wings and where to get them and the Easter holiday. The Dr Hadi he was very about my care and what was going on with me. Insightful all my test came out normal !!! But I have to take a stress test. I can only imagine what's that gonna read!! And Anthony walked me back downstairs so polite and didn't mind. It seems like they want you to keep coming back to get what should have been down the first time. I should have know better. There does not seem like there are any doctors out there anymore. Most are scared to give certain prescriptions but that is why they are there. Not at all like who I went to who retired and the one before him and before him etc. They were real doctors unlike what you have now. Sherri is the audiologist who is incredibly talented. She discovered a growth in my dad's ear that impacted my dad's hearing. Dr. Golden safely removed it. Sherri has provided my dad's hearing aides for the past 5 years. She is dedicated to her patients. She is kind and patient with her elderly patients. She is awesome at her job and does a detailed and thorough hearing test. She is experienced and has a great wealth of knowledge. She has fun and updated gadgets. My dad just got a gadget that streams his cell phone calls directly to his hearing aides. They have house phones that do the same thing. That is so cool. Dr. Golden is excellent at identifying medical problems and treating them correctly. He won't bombard you with unneeded tests. He accurately assesses the problem and then treats it. This is the "Dream Team" and I recommend them with the highest regard. If you have trouble with your ears, run don't walk to their nearest office.
